I agree with any all complaints against attorneys who will not properly represent clients in their claims against fraud, elder financial abuse, undue influence. The attorney who takes your retainer and then does nothing. Actually flipping sides because the trustee now has all the cash and always wins so is there really any hope about even talking on UA-cam about ones rights accept to waste time. Sure the trustees are guilty and you have plenty of actual evidence in your corner but the attorney tells you that is not enough to go to court? If any of you agree please say something public so we can be of the same page. Freedom of speech is all we have and there is power in numbers so let them know what happened and then scream at how unfair this whole business is,,,,,,
I may start a blog on this outrage of attorney rip off and post it here.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Did you try consulting with another attorney? You can also complain to your local bar association. You are entitled to express your frustration, but this isn't the place for your personal blog posts.

My father passed of cancer his girlfriend had a trust drawn up a month b4 he passed , excluding myself and my brother from the will , making herself the only beneficiary. I was never legally notified she just sent me copies , which are clearly edited . Their are differnt fonts on each page , my father also couldn't see well and yet the signature is on the line perfectly . A lawyer did tell me the signatures didn't match at all & that no lawyer would've risked their License over the trust I was sent . It's been a few years , and I need to know how I can obtain the true copies of this "trust" not the one clearly committed under fraud . Also with fraud at hand how do the statue of limitations apply in Indiana ? It didn't go through probate it's an irrevevoble trust . The girlfriend was under bankruptcy so quick deeded home to herself then to her son , and back to herself . Yet it's still under my mother and father's name via the courthouse . Father's girlfriend named her young son as the settler & none of the witnesses does my family personally know . It's all very shady stuff . Please reply

You need to consult with an attorney in Indiana. It's not appropriate to give legal advice here.
