    In this video, I will be showing you how to shoot cinematic slow motion video using the Sony A7IV. The following are the steps I use to set up my camera to the "cinematic slow motion" settings:
    1) Set your camera to a higher frame rate like 60 or 120 frames per second so you can slow down the footage during post production
    2) Set your shutter speed to double your frame rate (ex. if using 60 fps, use a shutter speed of 1/125 of a second in order to mimic motion the same way the human eye experiences it in real life.)
    3) Use a wide aperture setting to blur out the background from your subject and use ISO and/or an variable ND filter to adjust exposure
    4) Slow down your footage by 40% for 60 fps clips and 20% for 120 fps clips
