- I have completely removed Captain Kirk from the Movie "Star Trek Generations", and here I show you a small but complicated part of the edit, with the timeline view for refrence.
Top work mate. I need to watch the original now as I've forgotten when happened!
Not the best film, certainly better after the cut.

Dude you are my hero I may never get too see your kirkless cut of the generations movie and like you I love star trek however I am not a fan of William Shattner or his character Kirk you should get a metal for your hard work

Not sure how i can help. All CPU's are different, different motherboards behave differently, ram, cooling etc....
Best thing to do is watch how to videos and start from there.
I never considered Kirk´s behavior in Generations genuine. His private paradise would be at the bridge of the Enterprise with his crew.Regarding the editing, good job, perfect ! Much better than the original.

Terrific work! I am also a huge Trek fan and I have always felt, as much as I love Kirk and the classic cast, there was just no need for Kirk in Generations. Outstanding work, and the sound mix is very well done.

I've just finished an edit that turns the movie into a 60 minute tv episode, effectively season 8 episode 1.
New intro and outro, pan and scan 16:9, framing, colour correction, better editing, tighter scenes and basically a better flowing story.
Its rather good if I say so myself.
Like we’re you’re going with this. I have one huge suggestion. Just edit the film to be a nice n tight 52 min episode from the original TNG series - there’s enough meat there for a good episode -

I appreciate your creative efforts but with or without Kirk, the movie is a disaster and will always be.
