Aw thankyou very much. PE is absolutely gorgeous most of them really jump of the canvas. The TLP do but you need more Pigment powder to make that happen. But as I'm in Australia the TLP is cheaper for me compared to the PE.
@@annedarmody9132 yeah to be honest from what I've tried of the PE every single one has been stunning. I watch shelee's videos and see the pigments when she's using then and they are to die for but I got some and not sure if I got the ones that aren't so blingy as I do know she recommends some over others. But some of them have a lot more punch then the others. But better price and bigger quantities so it's hard to justify paying for the PE. For me when I need to buy more will be a matter of doing my homework on the different ones and picking from there. I have a few I want to get. The PE cost me over $ 600 just in shipping so yeah 🤷♂️. And I'll always answer honestly to any question no worries
