Crushed it! Just had issues with the FM reception / antenna connector needed some wiggling and pull and reseat. Took me no more than 15 minutes until she was working fine and completely reassembled. Thanks gents!
Is it possible to swap places of the stereo and a/c controls? I want to install a aftermarket stereo but it would look out of place in that lower slot. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I unplugged the stero n dvd player in my 06 chrysler pacifica 3.5. I finally put it back in , now it keeps blinking yellow lights n basically a non -stop beep noise that won't stop until engine Is off. Anything I can do to stop it ? Can't even watch any movies n says no disk when I know all 6 is filled.
Yeah swissarmyzippo was right. Why would you remove shift knob and then shift down into low gear to get it out of the way? Just shift down without removing head. Someone asked about amp in trunk, yes the infinity intermezzo 5.1 system has a factory sub in right rear panel.
I HAVE A CHRYSLER VOYAGER 2007 AND CHANGE THE ORIGINAL AUTOESTEREO FOR ANOTHER SCREEN BUT THE ORIGINAL CEILING SCREEN ALREADY WORKS IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO IDENTIFY IN THE ARNES WHICH CABLE IS THE VIDEO AND THE ENERGY? TO BE ABLE TO CONNECT THE SCREEN TO THE NEW APPLIANCE?
I have a 2004 Pacifica and the stereo gets poor reception on FM and no reception on AM stations, just static. I know these cars have the antenna built into the rear window glass, so is the problem just a cheap antenna or is it the radio and something else like possible a ground? Would anyone suggest trying to install an aftermarket roof antenna? Thanks for any helpful responses.
Just purchased the car... Call the local dealership with VIN. See if there is a amplifier for this model (location). Check for the correct stereo and amplifier if present. Check to see if you have speakers, Check ALL fuses...
I have an 2004 chrysler Pacifica my DVD player works but the screen wANT come on you can here it playing but the screen it self want come on what could be the problem.
I’m 10 years late but have you ever hit the dvd to work with the new radio? I think you need a harness to connect the dvd to the new radio with rca wires but I can’t find that harness anywhere
can you take off the factory radio off this way as well? also if i was to install another factory radio from a different pacifica to mine would it work the same? i've heard they go by codes? anyone?
I have a 2006 pacifica and the stereo comes on but sound does not work, DVD player works and CD works but no sound, , does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I sure would appreciate any input. Thank you.
I bought an 05 Pacifica.. And the guy changed out the battery. And the radio doesn't work.. I got the code to unlock but won't prompt me to put it in.. How do i put the code in.?. Please?
We just bought a 2004 pacifica it doesn't have DVD in it but has the factor radio, the radio turns on but NO sound at all!!?? What could be wrong, how much is it and is it an expensive problem to fix?
I have a 2006 pacifica, it has cd player and below it there is a 5 cd dvd disk changer. It's always worked, but now it's making crazy noises and I can't get a dvd to go in...there isn't anything in it, n I don't have the book to the car
I think there is a fuse on the back of that radio, if it's blown stereo won't work!! Also disconect battery before removing stereo. It wasn't a fuse, every connector was unplugged. Both connectors for stereo were unplugged and antenna. Both connectors for cd changer were unplugged too. I bought the car and I am guessing someone took the aftermarket stuff before selling it and didn't plug original equipment back in. They also took all the dvd screens out, although I am not really sure were the screens were because, I don't see were they were wired into. The DVD player is hidden in the back. I also hope they weren't disconected because they were causing an electrical problem, keeping my fingers crossed on that one. These cd players say dvd on them but, they are for cd's only. There is something causing a draw on the battery and I disconected the cd changer and hope it goes away. If it doesn't go away I am going to buy a new stereo and hope the draw goes away. I could care less about the cd player and changer because, I don't use cd's anymore as do most people nowadays.
I bought 2005 pacifica but the dvd dose not work I was told to many dvd got stuck in it do I have to buy a new one or can that one get fixed?? and great video!!!
Until I get around to putting a double din in I use a aftermarket Bluetooth receiver I have it plugged into the rear auxiliary out in the back it’s set to a radio station and only gets power when I have the vehicle on I just connect to it and Bluetooth
I have a 2004 pacifica and what I use is a cassette adapter it looks just like a cassette but with a wire and from that wire you connect it to your phone or ipod.they sell them at 5 bellow store.
