It's my first time in Taipei - and I was super excited to eat ALL the food. I made sure to change enough money so I can just hog out wherever I want, with no restrictions. We spent nearly 12 hours just getting to Taipei and settling down. Ximending was really close by so we decided to make that our first stop.
