I've been dying to try air dry clay. I've worked with polymer clay, but the air dry looks so much easier to work with, plus your blobs are adorable. My favorite is the green frog blob...awesome!

Clay tip: To make the pieces stick better, make or use “slicker” which is LiQuId clay. You can make this by mixing dry, crushed, powdered clay with water. And then do what you do, but after cutting some small cuts in the clay, add the slicker, and then set the accessory or body part. (It’s okay if the slicker is kinda thin or thick) we use clay at school, and this is what our art teacher thought us. great video😍 Edit: Also, if the creation has any little sharp speckles, just sand those down😉 it’s okay)

Moriah doesn’t give herself enough credit like in each video that she makes she creates a new masterpiece and it only takes her a week I might add she’s got skills
just a quick tip, if you're ever going to do clay figurines again: if you're using such thick bases then i recommend building them first out of aluminum foil, so you don't have to use so much clay. It will be lighter and it will dry better.
Just came here to say that this video got me out of my comfort zone and inspired me to finally pick up clay and use it to make my wedding cake topper. I just finished it today!

For attaching clay I learned in school that we said "scratch scratch water attach" which you do put lines/scratches then put a little drop of water or more based on how big the clay is. Make sure to put the water on the lines and dab it on then attach! 😊

tip: rub the soft side of a sponge on the clay to smooth it out, also yes sandpaper would probably help as well. :D happy sculpting!

@@infinity5979 She already did a deck of cards (the two most recent videos). You're asking for too much when you're asking for a not digital one. The cards would be so wet from the paint and she wouldn't be able to put in good details because the card is too small. There are 52 cards in one deck. How about YOU try doing that and see how hard and impractical it is by doing it not digitally? Lol.
