I first saw these caves in the BAM (Builders of the Ancient Mysteries) Documentaries.

Thanks a lot Jahannah. We think that those two sites Barabar and Nagarjuni are part of some of the most extraordinary archeological places on earth... I have always been fascinated by Ancient Egypt but when I stumbled across Ancient India I was totally mind blown.
Hammer and chisel just don't cut it...literally
I agree that hammer and chisel is ridiculous. To me it was probably closer to an energetic (electro-magnetic energy field of earth) 3D printer, and the real work was creating the math of the blueprint, and then feeding it into the printer correctly (mentally, and maybe accompanied by sounds or even words, like an incantation.) That's also why so many sites have no quarries anywhere near them, or why the quarry stone doesn't match the building material. I am curious to know if the quarries were where the energy found and removed material, but if not, the material is created. You know, like how earth got created out of the vortex of energies?

I would not go inside any ancient precision stoneworks. Concentrated radioisotope ("fissile") natural minerals like Shinkolabwe uranium (the only natural nuclear reactor on earth with surface uranium ore) is the only way I can think of rotting stone of any hardness, in-situ (in the field) so that it might be precision scraped by metal tools. Natural diamond for finish polishing is also found in surface deposits not far from Shinkolabwe. Homo Sapiens could not do any of that without large-scale cooperation and much historical detritus. We have ZERO history on the making of these achievements, so it was probably done by H. Paracas, which is known to have gone extinct during the time frame these mega stoneworks are known to have been worked. H. Paracas LOOKS like they might have had an I.Q. of 1000 (give or take-whatever), so maybe the works themselves were all the history and instruction that were needed to continue the culture. I suppose they used human slave labor, who also died (quickly). I don't want to be one of those. These works need to be certified safe for human access. Doh.

The 'Eagle's Nest' in Austria, all the stuff built during WWII in Germany: amazing - but less amazing if much of it was already there.
And then WWII and the bolsheviks convenient erased large amounts of old world buildings too.
Later continued in general building, and in Iraq, Libya etc: ISIS seemed to focus of destroying these relics.

4000? 10.-11.000 is when most researchers agree a domino effect was played out, probably do to a meteor strike and/or quick ice melting that lifted howl continents and created tsunamis, as 1 plate lifted other sunk, the melted ice also affected the quickly risen ocean levels, mud floods, sea currents got messed do to the salt-"sweet" water mixture etc.
@@4Everlast Yes they have literature that is very old, just not many buildings. India was a center of commerce and trade 4,000 years ago then collapsed, as did many kingdoms around that time... and, again, after around 536-40AD, when it is thought a meterorite hit Greenland.
The Roman Empire fell, completely, during that time. It seems, more and more obvious, that there was some level of advanced civilization happening about 5,000 years ago that ended quickly... over a hundred years or so... 5 generations per 100 years is a lot of people. I understand that current thinking is that there have likely been several global catastrophes which have reset human advancement, the worst being the Younger Dryas event and it is highly likely that some people were much more advanced than we realize.
I am open to the idea that aliens may have come and died here. I'm still skeptical about interstellar travel and I'm into physics, but all worlds will, eventually, be sucked into the black holes at the center of their galaxies and ADVANCED civilizations would LIKELY send out life boats equipped for re-booting themselves. A good planet to pick would be one that had already established life... such as Earth. So, I'm open to the idea that aliens may have crash landed here and helped advance the humans. Me, I'm a recluse, don't trust humans one little bit and will be happy to be gone from this barbaric idiot planet FOREVER. I'm an atheist and consider all religions to be the epitome of evil and an intelligence test. Most are too brain dead to figure it all out.
We need to colonize Mars as quickly as possible to sustain themselves... forever, as Earth can quickly become uninhabitable. An ice age can occur in the time span of about a year... ONE YEAR. I'm quite serious, I'm a scientist at heart. When the north hemisphere temperature drops to freezing ALL YEAR LONG and it rains continuously in the equator it will be snow, snow, snow, snow, snow for years and years. Krakatoa seems stable but who knows if Yellowstone will blow its lid, again. Volcanoes are an ever present danger and the Earth will not stop shrinking until it becomes solid at the core. And, don't forget large rocks falling out of the sky... it is guaranteed to happen, for sure, without ANY kind of doubt, at all. But WHEN, and HOW BIG and WHERE???
The seemingly demolished megalith cities are a real mystery... but 500-1,000MPH winds could do it. That would require something really, really, really big. The Adam and Eve story, which seems to have been classified as secret until a few years ago offers a storyline but I haven't seen evidence to prove it yet... except the megalith period ending. The pyramids and the Kaaba all point north so the poles seem to be where they should be... when those structures were built. If the poles shifted they seem to be back in place. For the Earth to, suddenly, not spin would require a planet size body to pass close by... it would, also, cause a catastrophic tsunami over most continents... and 1,000 MPH winds at the equator.
@@ButchNews I hear you. It will be a relief to not be on this planet amongst these creatures anymore. I have never felt a part of the human race, but I do feel I am something. Some kind of nothing. Religion is certainly an intelligence test, but I feel it is scratching and pawing at something that once meant a lot more, but was turned into a control method. The older I get, the less angry I become with those who exploit and control human beings. Humans are followers by nature, on the whole. Watching how they behave and mistreat one another, how they think they know things when they are completely off the mark, makes me feel no sympathy for them. But then I have this extreme love and empathy for the individual - a very disturbing dichotomy to hate humans and care about them deeply simultaneously. This cycle of humanity needs to either dramatically evolve quickly, or get reset. Yikes that's a bit rough, but it seems to be a lost cause. I visited these caves in 2019...... The local guides explained to me that these caves were used as healing chambers using resonance and sound therapy.

If you're interested in the Barabar Caves, you should also check out the Sitamarhi Cave, which unlike the Barabar Caves does not bear an inscription. The polishing in these caves is described as Mauryan polish, a style seen in other work such as the Pillars of Ashoka, the Lohanipur torso, the Masarh lion, and the Diamond throne of Bodhgaya. However, these other works are all done in sandstone, not granite.
My theory has always been the reason some of the ancient stonework is so precise is because it was easy for them. Lost tech? Lost civilization? Annunaki? Aliens? I don't know. But I do know no sane civilization would even attempt such things unless the "work" of it was exponentially less laborious than it would be if confined to the boxes main stream archeology keeps putting them in.

I am mechanical engineer and have only recently been watching all this on Egypt etc I somehow get the sence the civilisations of the past had to live underground maybe for protection from radiation who knows and I totally agree the civilisations of the past were in a different direction when it comes to technology maybe they even had cold fusion

She counts on that. Archeology is just a vehicle for attention.
Form follows function. This cave resembles a blast proof bunker. First the entrance door has recessed lintels to support an exterior door reinforced to prevent it from being forced from the outside. Typical of blast proof bunkers.
Second the door enters into an anti chamber at right angles. This chamber is very large with curved surfaces to resist and dissipate over pressurisation.
Third, the final chamber is circular with think walls and an entrance way the tapers so that it’s door acts like a stopper in a bottle.
This is similar to the entrance to the NORAD facility inside Cheyenne mountain, Colorado. Built to withstand a direct thermonuclear hit.
I suggest you watch a few of Curious Beings videos on caves in China. There are some similarities.
Stone works in Egypt do not share these design elements. While precise they appear to be more about containing things inside. This cave you present is clearly about keeping “things” out.

This is what I see as well. These are blast shelters of some kind. Why the precision, because it makes them more stable. The vedas talk about ancient flying machines and what appear to be high explosives, possibly even nuclear weapons. Who knows what of that is true, but someone with extremely high precision machining capabilities built what appear to be bomb shelters in India. Such a mystery.
Yep. I agree that they're bunkers. In addition to the Enuma Eilish and Mahabarata's airborne nuclear wars, I've found that quite a few Native American creation stories could be easily related to this same situation. The Zuni, Hopi, and others teach about the Emergence- when the ant people led them into the fourth world and brought them up out of the earth into the Grand Canyon where kachinas/star beings taught them about morality and civilization. Some even speak of surviving a great flood after being placed inside bamboo-like hollow reeds by other beings... I think it's pretty obvious what's likely happened several times throughout history. They're bunkers.

Yes I agree. Everything is pointing to a functionality of preservation. If the encrypted messages at Göbekli Tepe are interpreted correctly telling us of a extinction level event our ancestors experienced and nearly eradicated humanity - these structures makes sense. In my humble opinion, pyramids are nothing else than bunkers / arks created for the sole reason of survival if the necessity might occur (they couldn’t dig into something, they couldn’t dig down, so they created structures and optimised those structures - hence the different form types)

Great video, look into the Ajanta cave system in India. They were able to carve caves into the mountain/almost small cliff, planned so accurately that on the solstices the sun hits a buddha like statue at each solstice. Think about that for a second, the didn't build a structure that could be adjusted they carved into mountain. India seems to have an extreme amount of impressive ancient works.

These precision holes made in the side of a hill may start to CAVE "traditional" archeological dogma. Friggin' mind blowing. It takes about 150 years for a WWII era battleship to rot away until literally nothing remains. So if these caves are 1,000 or more years old, and all the metal machinery used for their construction was left behind - it is all gone now - rusted and rotted to dust. Gone without so much as a shadow.
I could die happy right now knowing how and why these caves were built.
I love that you mentioned that some of these ancient sites look sort of "sci-fi" or futuristic. You mentioned that in a previous video and I had never thought of that before, but I totally agree. Just picture the pyramids with the white casing stones and sharp angled obelisks, etc. What an amazing thing. Anyway, it made it all even more interesting for me, so thank you for that!

My father created a mirror for a newtonian telescope when I was younger. It was totally perfect and we could easily see moons of saturn and jupiter when it was finished. He built a machine to polish it that swung back and forth in 2 axes out of timber, stones and resin (the stones & resin contacted the mirror and became polished in the process too). My point being that these precision constructions are possible even with quite primitive tools.
Did he use power tools to make the tools, that polished the mirror? If so that's using advanced technology to make primitive tools.
@@michaelstiller2282 He used a motor to swing the arm back and forth, but he could have stood there and done that himself for 8 hours a day for several months and the same degree of precision would have been achieved.

Agreed. Points of reference, graphing and measuring units can be primitive tools used to achieve fine pieces of work. I'm sure the cast responsible for such builds spent most of there waking hours fine tuning their skill.
A parabolic mirror is one thing, these caves are so beyond what you're talking about.
Curious Being (Tina) has done several videos on not just these caves, but others around the planet. She and I agree that at one time an advanced race of stone masons existed on the planet, but they either left just prior to the Younger Dryas or perhaps even before that. Why they built the pyramids, Macchu Picchu and incredible caves, only they know.

Left...or died out (at least as society, we could be their offsprings). The more I see the more I think some cataclysm almost wiped them out and only the most robust, stone buildings were left after 10-12 thousands years, which is logical. Questions - what erased them from history? Can it happen again? And are we related to them or are we different genetic branch? Is all their knowledge really lost?

I cannot help but think that there was an advanced race of peoples who were expert stone cutters/moulders before the younger dryas event either sent them packing, or wiped them out. I absolutely believe that they were so incredibly in tune with the laws of nature, they were able to harness energy from the earth and use it elevate their collective conciseness, possibly astral travel was involved and a vast amount of information exchanged from the cosmos as well as a deep spiritual connection. I can imagine the sound resonance from chanting or singing and playing instruments in these caves could create wonderful healing frequencies too. The different caves might produce various frequencies for different purposes?

If the inscriptions found were made with handtools, that, in and of itself, is proof that the caves were not. It doesn't matter if the inscriptions were made today, or when the caves were made. Two very different methods were used.
Hi, I live in France and my sons and I have been following the BAM team over here for years. Their new film on the Barabar caves has it's premier in Paris next week on the 14th Dec at the Grande Rex cinema. I could see these locations being where masters in the art of masonry, take their apprentices to perfect their skill. This level of perfection is not required on a commissioned build seeing that the human eye cannot detect the difference. But, it would prove the ability of the apprentices to exceed expectations.

You have a genuine, honest analysis of ancient precision and I couldn't agree more with you regarding the skepticism you feel after being told these caves were hammered out with a chisel. One of those things I'd need to see it to believe it. Ok, I'm a subscriber now too.
My husband is in electronics and I asked him of the shapes of the caves meant anything to him. He said they looked very much like circuit boards, especially the Sudama cave.
Interesting take definitely, I was also wondering about the acoustics of these spaces.
Many temples look like circuit boards, and religion itself could maybe be seen as some sort of branded software over civilization.

Given your name implies western and likely Christian origins I don't see how you can have any idea on what ancient east Asians did for religious, ceremonial, or living quarters centuries ago.
Actually rooms dug into rock formations and caves are not at all uncommon in the east, and certainly not uncommonly found in religious practices - the community that produced the Dead Sea Scrolls was known to inhabit caves along the Dead Sea after all.

@@Scullkrusher13 The Caves were a dwelling place for the ascetics, particularly for the ascetics of the Ajivikas sect, although Jain and Buddhist ascetics used to stay there along with the Ajivikas. These caves were built for meditation purposes.

People would have mistaken you as an ascetic and provided you with alms to listen to your heterodox philosophy which you had learnt through mediation. In this cave, you would have noticed Naked- ascetics debating about their philosophy.
The inscription on the mirror-like stone is actually from the 6th century C.E. It references the King Ananta-varman. So that's probably why it seems sloppy in comparison.
Very like egyptian scriptures on their monuments.. that are posterior than the bulding itself or inexistent as in the great pyramid!

If your visiting the Barabar Caves in Bihar, then you should also definitely check out the Mahabodhi Temple in Bodhgaya and the Nalanda University. Both were built during the Gupta Empire.

These caves (and other ancient sites) are the remnants of a terrestrial species that developed on earth, rose to high level of intelligence/accomplishment, and then died out (meteor strikes, Earth procession, extreme weather). We (modern humans) inherited these sites and in our hubris claimed these feats as our own instead of studying to learn about their true origins.

Agree...except why would they not just go deeper into the earth? Why would they have to die out? Even today the USN, Musk, and Bezos are all tunneling along with many others. I just find it hard to believe that with the earth being about 4.3 billion years old that we are the first “advanced” species that came onto the scene about 300k years ago. Yeah these days I'm more into ancient India. They have so many ancient temples, structures, ornaments, texts. Truly amazing. And they documented their history in Sanskrit and related events to the Nakshatra, i.e. the position of the stars, which due to precession shifted so that makes it possible to date those events. And now these claims can be cross checked with descriptions of geographical features (like the course of ancient rivers), weather patterns, carbon dating and DNA tracing leading to amazing new insights. Well I'm just a curious being and certainly no expert, so don't take my word for it. Just pointing out a direction that seems at least as interesting as ancient Egypt, and that you may want to look into further. ;)

The super shiny surfaces were perhaps designed to reflect light. Also the rounded surfaces would amplify light.

Thanks, I’ve never heard of these caves. Trying to guess how they did it. Sometimes I think they used geopolymers and softened stone, other times it looks like they actually made the stone and allowed it to set in moods. There was definitely some sort of knowledge and skill in operation, but then there have bane many technologies forgotten. For example, Polynesians used axes, but some of them forgot how to make and use axes.

If you walk the woods and stack stones along the path, there's no proof of your existence other than your stacked stones. So basically we know it's not a natural formation, we just don't know how far they traveled to make it. We assume the structure is important because of the time it would take us to build it. It doesn't appear as if the structure was that important to them, and the quality of the work is just child's play for them. That's where we have a tough time comprehending what it is. Because it's like stacking stones in the woods.

Many questions ... but to your point... it's one thing to ask who, it's still another to ask why they build this. Still I think someone was here, then was whipped from the earth... and the next get people came in and claimed it... but as they had no use for it, they did not make a bid deal of it. I still ask where are the tools and where is the proof of and advanced civilization?
@@trueconspiracies7945 they not from here didn't leave any tools? A walk on the earth is like a walk in the woods. Cutting the stone was like stacking stones in the woods. Like said in the video. The age of the structure can't be dated. So 100k years plus is on the table.
These sites ARE the evidence. They exist. Someone obviously built them. Tools, burials etc all disappear with time, as even the remaining rock arrifacts and monuments will too, eventually.
Tools are always recycled by humans (we still do it today- scavenging for the metal scrappers are a great way to boost the income) and any that aren’t recycled completely rust away within a hundred years or much less, depending upon the actual structure of the tool and the environment. I have seen a whole car disappear into the ground over just 50 years- given the right circumstances, metal rusts really fast, or really slow, but it still rusts away and much much sooner than rock gets sublimated and regurgitated on our planet crust.
Look at the antikythera mechanism. That was trapped in an environment with no oxygen, and that preserved it when it would have been rust and then dust if left on the surface, or more likely recycled into something else when it finely broke down, in very little time.
We all ooh and aah and say it’s an inexplicable mystery, because where are the signs of other such miraculous understanding of math, metal, the solar system, all that is inherent in that thing’s very existence? But it’s not the only one. It’s just the only one that we have found, that was not exposed to oxygen and destroyed eons before.
It exists, so it is the proof of its own existence, and all that had to have been known and understood to create it.
If, as you imply, these things were built by extraterrestrials, then the same logic applies. At least we have some records of normal historic human burials; eg fossilised, mummified, or recreated from lava moulds.
We have NO convincing evidence like that of other sapient species that isn’t better explained by pointing at humans.
Despite the deepest wishes of believers, and I myself would love to find some, there simply is no compelling evidence remotely powerful enough to convince me that we have ever been invaded and squatted on by aliens, or that giants existed, or any of the more out there theories.
One genuine skeleton would do it.
That they don’t exist doesn’t mean they never did, but Occam’s razor is a factor. It’s much more likely it was us.
Things are fascinating enough. Anything is possible, but with no evidence, it’s much more likely that it is us that have been wiped out before, possibly over and over, when looking at what we know today of our bigger climate history.

I wonder if the ancients with the truly deformed huge skulls weren't able to see and do and comprehend things far beyond what normal humans can do. Perhaps for them to make the walls in Peru was easy because they could have a photographic memory of how the puzzle pieces needed to be shaped down to the millimeter. Imagine if you had an imagination that also worked using mathematical precision and it was all perfectly clear to you inside your head. (all the shapes, dimensions, distances angles etc.)The same with these caves and all the other mysteries that seem superhuman. They must have had amazing tools but even if we had the tools today I don't think we have the mental capability to do it other than maybe some savant. They may also have had Godlike powers of telekinesis and teleportation to just cut and create such things using purely the power of their minds?? I think that much more study needs to be done on them and what portions of their brains were enlarged and what that could then enable them to do that we cannot. If they could polish stone to reflect, could they not have reflected light into the cave? It seems to me the precision of curvature could be done with a simple peg and length of twine or rope if it is circular.
Rope stretches. These tolerances are far beyond peg and rope arcs.
I would love to know if anyone has done any acoustic testing inside these caves.
The shapes and the highly polished granite would lend themselves really well to acoustics.
