@@ostelaymetaule yeah but chances are the shape isnt consistent, like proko said the skull is proportionate and matches to the ideal head ratio.
Its really hard if i explain it just watch the video again for the explanation
@@kdvr766 yes, i mean, i understood that, but there is no such thing as ideal skull shape and any human skull is at least similliar enough to call it human skull. The only reason i can imagine is quality, but yet again i could try out 4 different variants and surely one of them would be OK.

I love the channel proko! Even bought the portrait DVD a while back! My only critic for this skull is that it is very very close to child like proportions. Is there going to be a 2.0 update closer to adult male, and female skull in the future? Love the idea of the tripod mount, and am Interested. Thanks!

Ugh, well, these skulls are very cool - this is exactly what I needed - a little highly-detailed skull for drawing sessions at home. Maybe I will even buy one (when I will have enough money)), but they are really expensive to me at the moment. For me (I live in Russia, in little town Kirov) is much easier just to go to my local poor art-shop and buy on of these huge skulls for art-classes, even though they are not very good to me. Well, I will wait a little bit

I went and visited the website and I looked into the FAQ section. I saw the question, "Help? My skull was damaged during shipping! What do I do?" and immediately thought of some delivery dude chucking the proko skull package so hard it damages the recipient's skull. Just go to the hospital man. Otherwise, crazy high quality for a 3d printed object. I will definitely get one in the future when I actually have the money to do so. Thanks Proko for making another great product and video.

Absolutely fascinating, why don't more people make similar videos of their products I find them so interesting.
I have lost count of the skulls and skeletons that I've bought over the years. From miniature 1" up to full size ranging from about £5 to just over £200 for the virtual reality version! But each and every one of them had fault's and broke after a short while. The one I use now is one my wife bought for a few pounds at Halloween, yes it's no where near the one's I've bought over the last 40 odd years for detail and has cracks and tape holding it all together but I can no longer afford a decent one on my pension. All of my skeletons are also headless lol, I just can't stop myself touching skulls I still find them as fascinating as the day I first handled one. I bought a skull off the internet in the photo it looked absolutely Incredible but when I eventually received it from China it had already broken into a couple of pieces, no matter how many times I tried to glue it together the glue just wouldn't adhere! Needless to say that it was 3D printed!
Your skulls look well designed and made for the job in hand, I'll have to drop hints to my family eh lol.

@@sosinati3358 If you can afford it, i highly recommend getting his premium anatomy course, it features 3d models of each muscle group - which is primarily the reason why i purchased it.

@@sosinati3358 It's only rotation, and there's a 3d sample of the chest if you visit his website/anatomy course page but it's definitely not what you're looking for.
I don't think such reference app exist simply because they can't be anatomical and biomechanical accurate. I know some wouldn't care about that but a good vs bad reference really affects the end product that you're trying to create.
Muscles are organic not static like the skeleton system - it's just too complex.
