    Over whipping potatoes is a cooking no no. It's causes the starches to become like a glue. Plus really us watching water boil doesn't make it go faster. 😮

      There’s probably a line somewhere between lumpy and over whipped to aim for. Water boiling is a bit soothing. Try counting the bubbles and see if you feel differently about it. 😂
