Sucks everyone is giving such rude comments about the video. I found it easy to follow, just people must understand that this is not a step by step tutorial and that these types of videos are for people more advanced in crocheting. If you don’t like the video or cannot understand it then don’t watch it, you don’t need to leave several rude comments to the creator. Also if you don’t want music then you just turn off the volume
We give a chance , then we ignore it .Music I like
I found the video easy to follow. What a lovely pattern, thank you!
And your reply isn't "rude"? Maybe the "creator" should specify that the video is for the "advanced" and/or "not for the beginner", don't you think? I mean, it would be helpful in order for the less experienced to not waste their time stopping to even view the video. Thank you very much.
People on you tube putting these videos when you think about it are giving us a free service, they aren’t charging up to watch their videos, you tube isn’t charging us to watch them either. So everyone should be grateful there’s people out there showing us their skills. I understand what to do with this video and if I didn’t I’d ask a question in the comments and most the time the creator answers within a day or two. There are so many people teaching on you tube be thankful!!
Maybe the first thing should have been, this isn’t a beginner project, it’s expected you know basic concepts and techniques first. And, if you don’t like the music, turn the sound off. A person I follow that post’s segments of customer treatments with permission to do so, got so tired of comments about the sound, they openly state if you don’t like the sound, turn it off to watch the content. Same here.
I am sorry for all of the negative comments. I personally found your video perfect for a slower learner. Please continue to share and ignore any negativity. Thank you!!!
LOL, maybe they can't read English
Same here. I’m a fairly slowish beginner (I don’t know the proper names and abbreviations, yet) and I could follow. I mean-there’s always pause and playback speed options if you get hung up.
That's nice to knowthanks
❤
Ÿ@@ParadiseLiving23
I never would have thought that this would produce such a beautiful stitch.. thank you for sharing!
This is my favorite kind of crochet tutorial - all crochet and no talking! Like one comment said - this tutorial is for those who already know how to crochet. Enjoy watching!!!❤❤❤

Than she should've specified that! People have a right to be angry at that. It's common sense to let that be known just as much as it's common sense for people to know that info before watching the full video
@mileybabe1994
Angry? It is a crochet video , there is nothing to be angry about it. If she is too fast for you, there are many other crochet videos that you can watch. Also, you don't need to watch the whole video to know it is not for you.
Yes Yes yes. Great video. ❤❤❤
I haven’t crocheted in YEARS and want to get back into it. I have forgotten most of what I knew but I was able to follow these steps easily. It’s a beautiful pattern.
Its surprising how it all comes back to you
Same here ❤ appreciate this thank you xo
Exactly
I have been crocheting for more than fifty years and this stitch is one of the easiest I have ever used. For me, the variegated yarn is far easier to work with, the different colors provide an easy way to see the actual pattern stitch which is absolutely beautiful! I will be using it to make sweater.
Agree 💯 about the variegated yarn
I tried this recently with black yarn , thought I’d make a sweater, nearly lost my sanity…..
What’s the name of the actual stitch?
@@Ezgiboohdc = half double crochet
@@zenobiagillion34 oh I know that.. I should’ve said pattern not “stitch” 😆 thank you though 🤗
Hi, if you do make the sweater following this pattern, kindly upload a video/photo in UA-cam and post a link here. I would like to see this used in a bigger scale snd am sure lots more people would love it too! BOL. ❤
Beautiful pattern and brilliant video very easy to follow
I'm a moderate crocheter, I actually think this video was really good. I'm going to try to make a baby blanket with it.
We definitely don't need any Negative Nancies ... I really like the video. I appreciate you taking the time and posting. RW
Not Negative Nancy. Got to use that one, Yandy ❤
Isn't life too short for ppl to be soo cantankerous about a simple pattern? Have mercy!😮😮
Nice!! Easy to follow and I enjoyed just watching without the verbal instruction or chatter. Well done! Thank you!
I must be an idiot. The stitches r easy but the directions not easy for me
Thank you. Beautiful and easy to follow.
Beautiful stitch! I appreciate the instruction in the corner. Super easy to follow. Thank you!
Great video. I really liked it...makes me want to crochet again
Finally! A video I can understand!
Beautifull thank you , so easy to follow ❤❤❤
Saved this. I'm going to make myself a new blanket using this pattern. Thanks for sharing. ❤
This is a beautiful pattern, with beautiful yarn too. ❤
I love this pattern!!!! Very easy to follow and you are going at just the right pace! Thank you for this!!
🥰
Thank you for the great upload… finally someone that gets the camera close to the stitches…I have crochet since I was 18…I love checking tutorials…I love this pattern!!!!!! Thank you so much.
That yarn when crochet looks like ribbons, the variegated colors are bet
Thank you for teaching us this beautiful pattern..I so enjoyed this.
This is so pretty !I am going to try this one !
Love the stitch pattern. I am a novice at crochet but have tried lots of stitches and I find this easy to follow and it looks so pretty with the variable yarn. Thank you!
Very pretty going to try on my next baby blanket
What a pretty stitch! This would be easy once you get started.
I like this video. I’ve been crocheting the same pattern for years. Self taught. But here I really get a look at a variety if stitches. Thanks. Let’s all be nice. Constructive criticism is not the same as rudeness. Good luck to all. 🎉
I love this edging! I added it onto a baby blanket using the ouffy shell stitch. It came out so beautiful! Thank you for the tutorial. I look forward to using it again! Just ignore the nasty rude people. They are just jealous
I don’t know what some people are complaining about, I’m not that advanced and I found it easy to follow.
Like this pattern very much
Me to
Same it’s not for a total beginner but for someone did several crochet projects it’s easy.. and the thing I learned from patterns whether they’re in videos or written is just to search for any stitch that I don’t know on youtube there’re tutorial videos for every kind of stitch just writing 2hdctog will give you a full explanation about it
The steps for creating this pattern is quite adequately shown here. Anyone who has clear ideas of the basic stitches should be able to do it even if they are unaware of a particular terminology.
The music is annoying 😢 pattern is beautiful. I’m a beginner … not easy, to me is complicated. Thanks
I love the pattern and colors in the yarn.
I haven’t crocheted for a long time, watching you have rekindled my interest.
Rude people do not have to watch. I enjoyed it, made me want to crochet again. Please don't stop. 😊
Beautiful and easy design. Thanks to design maker.🎉
Absolutely beautiful!! I can’t wait to try making a blanket with this pattern!!
Praise be to God.. Thank you for sharing and teaching us. Thank you so much.. Really beautiful and easy..
I have quite a large file on crochet, I love crochet and love new patterns. Keep up the great work and 💜💜💜
Love this!!! It’s so beautiful!! Can’t wait to try it!!!
I really like the yarn you are using. 💜
This is beautiful! I do believe English is not Crochet Queens first language, hence the way she presents her work. It looks like Spanish may be her lanquage. We speak a universal language when we can follow along her magnificent work by watching her. As long as there is a written pattern to go along with the video, I'm good.
Your assertion that the channel's content creator's first language is a LOTE is immaterial.
@@kimrodriguez1698Your comment is wholly uncalled for and gratuitously offensive.
English is not my first language and the way I learn is visual as verbal would be too confusing. Cjofloorish is right the video is self explanatory.
The Crochet Queen lives somewhere in Mexico, Ola Chrochet Queen 🌺🌷🌺
Finally a video that helps me to really understand and see the steps (I’m a visual learner). I look forward to viewing more!
Wow. This is a great pattern. I've been looking for a pattern that would make an interesting rainbow blanket and I think this will really work up well with 2 rows per color.
Thanks
So clear, even without verbal instructions!
This was the most relaxing video about crochet I have ever watched. Thank you, such a pretty stitch I will try it!
Extremely easy to follow! Thanks, it’s beautiful ❤
Fantastic pattern. Thank you.
I learned how to do a really basic something when I was a child. I would do it with my hands. I had completely forgotten about it until I saw this. I wish I could remember how to get started. What a joy it would be now. ❤
Beautiful! Thank you for an easy to follow tutorial 😊
Beautiful pattern, Brought back many memories from nigh on 70 years ago. One of the first patterns taught me by an aunt in Mexico. Made my first sweater with it. Will need to revisit it. So easy! As for comments reference the music, well, we all have the capability of muting our speakers during a video with no speaker necessary. Personally found the music uplifting. You go, girl!
I have been crocheting for 72 years. I was taught by my blind grandmother when I was 8 years old. She taught me crochet, and hairpin lace. She also tatteted the most beautiful laces an😊d doilies. I have all of her crochet hooks and tatting bobbins. Some hooks are so small you cannot see them with your naked eye. Ladies would come to the farmhouse to choose patterns and colors for all of their doilies, as well as crocheted edges on bed linens and bathroom & kitchen towels. I and my daughters still use the doilies and linens that have not worn out.
My life has been spent spent teaching children and special needs children and adults how to knit and crochet. What a great gift to pass on to others. I enjoyed this lovely video by Crochet Queen. Thank you for keeping this useful as well as beautiful true craft alive.❤😊
@@charleswebster2550I love your story. My grandmother taught me how to crochet snd I'm passing this to my students now, too. I always wanted to learn tatting. My great-grandmother said I was too young. Maybe someday.
@@lm3253Thank you so much for your kind comment❣️ I am so sorry neither of us has learned how to tat (yet)
I have kept my hands so busy doing about every craft imaginable, but sadly tatting always stayed on the back burner. I don't have enough hours in the day to do everything I want. I still knit & crochet for others, weave baskets for gifting, and ..... have a large Swedish 4 harness loom in my livingroom constantly calling my name. 🤪
I believe we just have to pick our favorite things to do that bring us the most sense of fullfilment, peace and joy. I'm so happy to hear you too have found your purpose in teaching children. I hope you continue to shine your light & love on your students. They will always remember and love you for caring enough to teach them how relaxing and satisying it is to crochet or knit.❤🙏
Lovely stitches. Not only is the pattern beautiful, but the colour flow is gorgeous. Thanks for sharing
Nothing negative, just a beautiful easy well tutorial! Loved it!
Pity this person can’t answer any questions. Waste of time watching
Such a pretty and easy pattern ! I never would have come up with it on my own.
If I didn't already know how to crochet, video would make me want to learn 😍
I love this stitch! Thank you for the tutorial! ❤
Beautiful pattern and great music! Thank you.
That's easy to follow
I don’t know how to knit or crochet but I really admire the beautiful work of those who do. This color blend is lovely, enhanced by the stitch pattern.
Learn to crochet! Many how-to videos are available. If you appreciate yarn, you will do well
yes, please give it a try!
There are so many great beginners crochet videos! Please give it a go! You won’t regret it! I still cannot believe I was able to re-learn crocheting and then learn even more from UA-cam. Good luck!
Beautiful patern so easy thanks for sharing ❤❤❤❤
I love how this pattern displayed the color changes in the yarn
Lovely pattern. Thank you 😊
Well done, thank you. Perfect way to show off a variegated color yarn.
Very good video...there was a time or two I had to back up and watch a stitch or two more than once.....you did a great job in showing us how to do this! Thank you. 👍
🙂 Thank you. Beautiful work!
Perfectly presented with details that make it easy to follow. Thank you 😊
This is a beautiful stitch! I plan to save this video and try it out for my next project. Thank you for sharing this with us.
❤ this is a beautiful stitch , thanks for sharing with li
I can't crochet yet but I found it easy to follow. I think I'm going to enjoy crocheting ❤
Love the pattern! Easy to follow video! This would make a beautiful baby blanket or any other throw or blanket. Thanks for the pattern.
I Love this stitch. ❤❤ It's called the granite stitch, so simple to do but makes a lovely pattern. Ideal for making blankets, cushions etc.
It is very pretty but I feel that the pattern would show better in a single colour yarn. Nice clear demo, thanks very much.
What a pretty pattern! I can’t wait to try it out myself. Thank you for sharing and for great camera work
Nice work. I'll be trying this pattern out
😊 Peace ✌️ ☮️ 🕊....I grew up reading patterns....thanks for the stitch by stitch written patterns ..yesterday's teachers comprehend
Seems easy to me I'm a beginner after a stroke I'm starting over to learn again thanks I'm going to try this one
Such clear instruction ~ particularly important for beginners ~
I like this 👍😊
I love this pattern , very beautiful
This is beautiful! Your demo is very helpful and clear and it’s good that you don’t edit out the places where the yarn splits and you just catch it back. I could imagine using this pattern sequence to make a bathmat, blanket, small rug, etc. It seems reversible too. Thanks! Is it possible to say what yarn/colorway you’re using?
This is a beautiful pattern. can't wait to try it. Thank you
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your time and skills!
Beautiful pattern. I love this yarn!
This is perfect! I've been looking for a nice "strap" to put across the front of my shrug i just made. I love this!
What is a shrug?
It's a very beautiful pattern & perfect for that lovely variegated yarn. For me, it's so much easier to watch & learn the pattern than it is to read and follow a pattern. Thanks for taking the time to show us so clearly how this is done❣️
Wow you make it look easy. I have knitted for years but I think I could learn through this video. Thank you.
I really like this pattern. I want to try it. Not sure what to make with it though. I'll have to think about it. Thank you for sharing this.
Beautiful yarn; thanks for the easy to follow tutorial ❤
Thank you for teaching us to crochet
Those colors are beautiful
Beautiful way of explaining with patience.
Very pretty, I love it. The stitches are very clean and it looks really easy and easy to follow along. Ignore the ignirance some people just need to be blocked and ignored because it isnt their nature to be kind.
I'm thinking I'm going to Crochet Queen and see what it says. I had been. taught to crochet at 15 and didn't keep it up. I'm 65 now and want to do it again. This tweeted my memory and I remember basically.
I'm fairly new to crochet and thought this video was easy to follow.
Thank you! This was a great help!
I truly appreciate that you started from the very beginning, most videos show the ending of what there crouching and want you to figure it out. So I hope you continue to show all your crochet tutorials from the very beginning. Thank you 😊🎉
Such a neat video, understood in any language! It's a sad fact that there will always be haters. All good people should just ignore the negative rhetoric.
Awww looks like rain💧💧💧. So cute ❤. Brilliant! Thank you for sharing
Very beautiful and very easy to follow if u know what you are doing. I agree it is for more advanced crocheters not beginners. If u don't get it red watch it several times. And if don't like the music turn your volume off. But it is an easy stitch pattern to follow. If you don't like it then don't watch it.
But how are bennigers going to get better if we don't get tutoring
There are lots of other channels on UA-cam that helps beginners
This is for beginners. This is simple single crochet. This is not a pattern but how to crochet. It is well done and easy to rewatch to learn how to crochet.
I’m seeing YU and YO, BLO…not truly beginner stuff. It would be nice to see those called out in the written instructions in the video…
@@franceslock2058this is not a beginner's stuff!
Believe me I'm intermediate crocheter and even I know that's a modified hdc in 2nd row. Plus she is yarning under pulling through a loop, this creates a different look than YO.
I'm deaf and the captions does not match what she is doing. The first row is sc but the 2nd is modified hdc that's not beginner as they would not even be aware of modified stitches unless it is specified which it is not in the video as caption clearly says hdc. Also modified hdc2tog.
Due to speed it threw me off because I was expecting hdc only when I slowed down the speed playback I realised it is modified.
A beginner wouldn't be aware at all because it is yo pull through a loop giving you 3 loops on hook then yo again and pull that through all 3 loops.
She did yo pull through * by yarn under * yo and pull through one loop yo pull through all : modified hdc.
Thanks for sharing...very easy to follow...nice pattern..❤❤❤❤❤
Oh I love this so much!!! Excellent video!!! Relaxing and such a gorgeous stitch pattern with the yarn!!
Thanks for sharing with us!
Beautiful pattern and great instruction video! Thank you so much!
My mom crocheted so many things. She passed many years ago. I have Dollie’s and other items she made. Becoming a lost art. I don’t know if anyone in our family will want them. I am in my 80’s. This lady is sharing her talent to help others learn. Bless you. Mary
Thank you ❤️
I made doilys for my family, didn't know my dad's om made them too. I just got patterns & followed them. Very easy to do. I enjoyed it. I was in my 20s in the 1980s when I did that. Now I have a lot of arthritis in my hands so can't really do it.😢
Doilies were a part of my 1970’s childhood home. Nice memory, thank you for reminding me. ☺️
Thank you Crochet Queen! ❤ I’m a beginner and I usually don’t get it right the first time, but it is a video I’ll repeat watch as I learn something new each time. Thank you!
This looks like a beautiful pattern. I’m fairly new to crochet and reading a pattern is something I really don’t know. I think I can follow this!
Thank You … I’m a beginner and was able to follow your video and read the directions above. I also like the music…
