He is old, but you can tell he knows the proper way of generating power. The form is very similar to the small baji fist form my master taught me many years ago.

I agree, very well done. It's much better than the people I've competed against.

Reminds me of a video I saw of GM Liu. I'd bet he's pretty happy.

Interesting what style of baji chuan can I look up that you like so I can see for myself. I learned wutang from the late sifu david schenk who learned from gm tony young from taiwan under thevkegendary liu yun quip. But I would like to see the style you like.

Major typos from my android keyboard: liu yun quio, tony young or yon shu ton, legendary lol

***** late reply because my vpn was not working in China for the day so I can't access UA-cam than lol.
I used to practise for 4 years with su yu Chang his school in Holland and when I arrived in China, every style I practiced there ( mantis, taiji, bagua) were not even close to the real deal. I also believe ( please don't take it personally and the wrong way) but wutang / pachi tanglang love the story about the God of spear too much. I talked with my laoshi ( who is from the city were Baji and Piqua are originated) and he told me that God of spear only taught external part and not the internal part.
Wutang Baji always have those useless jumps so it looks the sound is really hard, but the thing is, the sound is flat, you should never let your toes loses connection with the ground. If you are interested you can check out a video of my laoshi, he was 72 back then, it is called real wushu. He shows a lot, different Baji forms, tongbei, pigua and xingyi.
