My god, Liam's voice in this is incredible.
One of the best Rock-Voices I´ve eher heard !
Absolutely love this track, it has a real Beatles feel to it and you just know that Liam absolutely eats that up. Not to mention that Liam sounds a lot like Lennon in this one imo.
This song is proof that if Liam really wanted to sound like Lennon, he would have easily been able to do it anytime he wanted.
Liam's incredible voice at it's absolute best!!!!!
Two other outstanding examples are 'Let's All Make Believe' and 'Champagne Supernova'... (among many others :)

Liam's songwriting has definitely improved over the years, I really loved his stuff from Standing on the Shoulders of Giants and Don't Believe the Truth, namely Roll it Over, Little James, and I really love Love Like a Bomb

Underated Song
I'll never say He's better than Lennon or they are better than the Beatles but I just prefer Oasis, I grew up with the Brothers as a soundtrack to my life so I'm bias but I love the Beatles but Oasis is and always will be my go to

Sethrash Most of Oasis' b-sides are incredible and sometimes even better than some of the songs on the albums. This one's a perfect example of what I'm trying to explain. I've always "hated" Noel for not being able to understand it, haha. 😜

I adore the beatles, but None of the beatles can compare this vocally, The Gallagher's voices are uniqueand In my opinion at their Best (this era) they are untouchable, even to the beatles!

It's like something off Help! (You've Got To Hide Your Love Away), and the song starts of with "No I won't" which is straight off Ben. E King's Stand By Me (Lennon covered it) and then it has the "Don't Let Me Down" bit in it. But I don't care, Oasis are the greatest band of the last 30 years so sod off all you haters and listen to wise Liam.
What an amazing song! But every Oasis' fan (as I am) must admit that this song is Gallagher's brothers attempt at doing a song like "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away".
Similar essence and the use of the word "clowns" makes me really remind the Beatle song.

@invictorium Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Foo Fighters (who were huge around the time of Be Here Now), Green Day and Stone Temple Pilots.
I like Oasis more than I like any of those bands, but most of them would make my top 10 favourites too. The 90s were when American rock music was its best. British bands who made it big in the US in the 60s/70s made it when American rock music wasn't that good (in my opinion).
