Hello. Will this module let me open/close the roof in any situation? For example if I have errors in my computer and it says 'no no' to open the roof, will this module bypass this error and let me open/close the roof?
A member of our forum made this. I made a new version (see video dakmodule v2). I dont make them to sell to be honest. I can send you a parts list and the code for the arduino and a wiring diagram if you want.
@@PietervanGinneken I wouldn't have a clue mate, I may be able to fit an easy fit one, but anything complicated and I wouldn't even take the risk to be honest. If you could make one to sell, I'd be made up
@@turkmcgurk993 it is not a plug and play solution. This requires some cutting and soldering of wires behind the button panel in the ceiling.... And you have to find a switched 12v in the car (i take it from the cigarette lighter light, not the lighter itself)
splodgeness7 a good friend of mine built this... I have a v2 now. That one i made myself (video on my channel). That one is made with an arduino pro mini and arduino relais board from ebay ;)

The roof is controlled by the roof ECU and that has relays inside
