I always sleep on a satin pillowcase or use a satin bonnet. I dont always repack the twist, I only style it like once in a week and thats on Sunday. When I was taking it down, I was extremely careful
I mostly keep it in a low bun and tie it with hair bands, I remade the edges area around after a month to make it look better. Then I wash it every 2/3 weeks.
