The fire of 1595 in the Cathedral destroyed all the musical archive preserved up to that moment, so that the current catalog includes works of the XVI-XX centuries. Of notable paleographic and historical interest are several scores containing cuttings of the famous Martin Engelbrecht engravings and the two printed works by Pallavicino Germano and Marsolo Pietro Maria, the unique pieces in the world.
