DVDs! Talking my language, haha. Thanks for sharing and I will watch the rest of this series. The fun with dvd collections now is that if people build collections through thrifting then it reflects the randomness of what you can come across. It’s more interesting to me than everyone just showing the same latest new release 4k/blu ray…..I’m planning on showing my collection also. I’d just recently gone through it all and put all into alphabetical order but then had those two recent huge hauls and have now got to slot those all into place….Nice you have Captain Nemo, I didn’t know those Warner Archive ones were region free. Also nice that you have The Smallest Show on Earth, I’d like to find that. All the best!
Thanks for watching Neil. I tend to pick up dvds that prick my interest. Usually famous actors in films I've never heard of. That Warner one is certainly region free I don't know if they all are. I used to watch Cinema Sickness get very excited by them so I was quite surprised to see it in a charity shop here. You've sure got your work cut out alphabeting that latest haul.
Great video Roy 😀🍿🎸🎶 ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’ is absolutely brilliant; I got the HMV premium of it; same as ‘Mr Smith Goes To Washington’ which is absolutely mint 😀👍 The Three Colours trilogy is utterly marvellous; ‘Red’ is my fav in the trilogy ❤️ I can remember ‘Persepolis’ being excellent; haven’t seen it in a long time?! I seen Alan (Kermit’s Ghost) giving ‘The Roaring Twenties’ high praise in his recent Pick-Ups video; might have to pick it up on Criterion 🤔 I really do want to check out ‘Tyrannosaur’ as it’s got Paddy Considine’s name stamp to it and I really enjoyed his film and with starring aswell in ‘Journeyman’. I still haven’t got the Criterion of ‘Night Of The Hunter’ yet 🤔 Hope you had a good weekend Roy mate 😀👍
Cheers 🍻 Sam I really need to get the other 2 in the 3 colours trilogy. I know it's going to be something I'd fall in love with. Really want to upgrade ones you mentioned. Need to see Journeyman heard fantastic things. 👏 I saw Alan's video. New criterion prices are a bit steep. Cheers Sam mate 👍 👌 hope you're well 👍
I would suggest you put these into some sort of order otherwise I can't imagine you ever finding something you wanted to see. I would suggest putting them in alphabetical order. You could put all your Hitchcock films together and the same for your Cary Grant films, but seeing as Cary Grant was regularly in Hitchcock films anyway there would be an overlap.
Great collecion roy iam getting into collecting dvds again its gd i dont mind dvds 😅😅😅😅
Hello Johh 👋 we all like different things and you can pick up some real bargains. 👍😊

Many thanks Deon 😊 👍
Lot of those dvds I dont have Roy, Once again suprised how varied our collections are.
I think our tastes do differ a lot despite a mutual like of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

It may have been an optical illusion, but it looks like at least one of those shelves was buckling under the weight!
Hopefully it's an optical illusion. If you don't see me for a while call for help.
