I've been a wreck since 2007 when I had cervical fusion. Constant pain and 3 hours sleep per night. It's a miracle I'm still alive really, after all these years.

@@flyingnone1749 hello, I hope you are doing better than before, did you get any update about your problem?
Hello, I tore my outter ligaments in both knees through repetitive stress motions… eventually I decided to use a wheel chair as a computer chair because regular computer chairs was stressing my legs and knees out because it was putting pressure on my hamstring which stressed everything out. Big mistake because they wheel chair deconditioned me big time and eventually lead to spondylolisis in lumbar spine X-rays and neck / back pain. Cervical X-rays shows minimal degenerative changes, thoracic had no findings. I’ve never been into sports I just worked a lot and did heavy lifting without taking short breaks. How do I know my exercises won’t make it possibly progress to spondylosthesis ? Also my spine feels extremely unstable… when I sit my spine in both lumbar and thoracic areas click and pop. When I breath deep the thoracic and cervical spine pop and clicks, if I try to move my upper body while I’m lying down I can get random spine click and pops. When I try to correct the posture same thing. What do you think could be happening? Am I so deconditioned that my core isn’t supporting my spine properly making it precarious and move around? What I’m scared of is, even if I do physical therapy, could the exercises and stretches cause my spine to mal-adapt to new positions and cause problems later? There is minor discomfort and sometimes random pains when the pops and clicks happen. Thanks for any thoughts
Hi Dr Cantor, I'm from Malaysia and since last year, I have had numerous falls in the public and in my home. And it’s getting more serious. I would like to have an appointment with you soon to see if I have any spinal cord issues that need to be corrected. 2weeks ago sent you a message on your website's contact form and no reply. Regards
I should have done my research much better. About my cervical problems. I intend on contacting Dr. Cantor asap. I pray he can help me!

Hello I live in Robertsdale Alabama and have been diagnosed after having a failed acdf with cervical myelopathy. My surgeon wants to do a level 5 decompression and fusion posteriorly. He says I am not a good candidate but that he will do it because of all the pain numbness and loss of coordination that I am suffering. It has been two years since my acdf. I have been on pain medication and now cannot walk at times I've lost muscle use and sometimes my hands don't work. I would like more information please I have my latest MRI done last week. Can someone get in touch with me please. You probably can't help me because I only have Medicare and Medicaid but I am in need of information terribly I am scared to death
I have tried to call you twice and left messages with no reply.
