Demidov and Mitchkov can't be really accurately compared until like 3 or 4 years down the line just due to their age difference. It'll be interesting to look at their KHL totals at the end of the season at least.
Depends how Leon ages because Malkin couldn't stay healthy past 30, give me Malkin though he was arguably as good as Crosby in their primes, nobody could say that for Drai even in his Hart year.
As a Habs fan I have Demidov>Michkov for the same reasons as definitely Boldy>Caufield...I love Cole but Boldy is better all around and better physically, exact same reasons I say Demidov>Michkov...Its not bias its simply mine and many others thinking, you can swap out the players but it stays the same.
It’s totally bias lol. People forget Michkov rivaled bedard at one point. Also the whole debate is just stupid because to the people who have a strong stance on the debate probably have never even watched a full game with either of them in it.
As a Capitals fan, I can confirm that Sidney Crosby is a better overall hockey player than Alexander Ovechkin. Ovechkin is the best goal scorer of all time, but he's not as complete of a hockey player as Sidney Crosby. He still might be a top 10 player of all time, but Crosby might even be top 5. It's certainly nothing to be ashamed of to "only" be a borderline top 10 all time player and the best goal scorer ever.
Can you give me advice on my fantasy hockey team? Kaprizov-Reinhart-Pastrnak Kane-Horvat-Marchesult Barzal, ek, fantilli, Nelson McAvoy-Dahlin Pitrangelo-Morrisey Markstrom Allen
Hi Mike! I have been following you for the past half year and I just wanted to take the time to tell you that you've improved as a content creator as time has passed. I think you hav interesting topics in your videos with solid breakdown. Greetings from Sweden!
Boldy: 0.84 points per game. Caufield: 0.73 points per game. Maccelli: 0.66 points per game Caufield is a lot more comparable to Maccelli (a 4th round pick in the same draft year) than he is to Boldy, who is big, mean, and good defensively.
Respect for defending Tampa and Vegas on the LTIR, it’s frustrating but it’s the NHL’s fault for not making a change in 2015 when Tampa lost to the Hawks who were also using the ltir though everyone forgets about that for some reason
To be quite honest with the Demidov vs Michkov. Michkov was loaned to Sochi by SKA, giving him the opportunity to play in the KHL. SKA wouldn’t loan out Demidov so he wasn’t able to have the same opportunity. More of a “what if” moment but still
Yeah and michkov did not make the ska team. Demidov did, but he is playing around 12-13 minutes a night right now without much powerplay. I watched all his shift last game and demidov was insane. 1 goal, 1 post, 1 goal called back, created a bunch of plays that were good scoring chances and was really decent overall on forecheck and defensive play. It's just one game but I love this player !
According to evolving-hockey's GSAx stat, Lundqvist's 4 year peak was better than than Carey's by quite a bit. Lundqvist 169 vs Carey 85. Both were incredible, but Lundqvist I feel is underrated outside of the NY area and is maybe the best goaltender of the 21st century so far.
For Caufield Boldy. Im taking Caufield. At least for my Habs. I think we need a better offensive GOAL scorer. Because outside of him. Its just really Laine for elite goal scorers. However. If were talking whos better, Caufield is a better goal scorer and probably will have more points. However Boldy will be pretty close and be way more physical and better defensively
I think Demidov is more skilled then Michkov offensively with his hands, dekes, passing. And I think he has a higher celling then Michkov. However I think Michkov has a better floor then Demidov and will be a 100% better goal scorer. Consisently top 3 rocket in his prime and getting consisently high Goals. I personally would rather Michkov. But either way your not wrong
I don't give a shit how many individual awards Ovi wins, he could win another 10 rockets and it still wouldn't make a difference, Crosby is by far the better player, all around. Period.
Anyone who thinks Draisaitl isnt an elite talent on his own if definitely a leafs fan
Everything revolves around us eh?
0 goals in the scf 🔥🔥🔥
Agreed
Watch him have a career year because he finally gets help from bonafide top 6 wingers
@@aero6874 won't happen, spent the most of his minutes with McDavid last season any way
I think it’d be hilarious if Crosby went to Detroit. Vlad, Kane, and Sid on the same team would be the 2010s dream team
Thank you for including my questions in these videos Mike
Oh course!

Here’s one…
Malkin vs Draisaitl all said and done? Assuming the oilers win a cup or two and Drats crazy playoff stats im not sure who I’d take

Filip Eriksson, Montreal 6th round pick (2023) is one of the most underrated talents right now!
Better career Mailloux or Reinbacher ?
Reinbacher

Love those Ek and Nelson picks!
I like all the picks except horvat like him but there was probably better players available

Y'all always bring the heat!
Barkov is so underrated (major sarcasm)
@@Your_Role_Model most underrated player in the league!
barkov is now the most rated player in the league. not underrated, not rly overrated. just rated
@sharkhaos_probably so he's given the right amount of credit. Sounds good to me 😁
HAHAHAAHAHA 7th year running!!!!!!
Bergeron > barkov
Bergeron brought so much more than points to the ice
So does barky, hes faster, stronger than bergeron.
Why are we acting like Barkov doesn't have Selke and captained a team to a cup lol
@@MikeBartner Prime Bergeron is better

Malkin from 2008-2014 was third best player in hockey
Yup!
Boldy way better not even close
It is semi close because I think Caufield will be 35-40 goals this year but yea the defense gives Boldy a decent edge
Boldy is also big and mean. And better defensively. And faster. And he gets more points.

Hot take: Lafreniere has offensive carry potential (eg. Pastrnak)
imagine comparing a mid player (considering where he was picked) to a top 3 winger in the league
Oof I'd say 0.5% he's Pasta level
I think michkov has the higher ceiling and floor but is more likely to stay at his floor
Do you think Mario would’ve surpassed Gretzky all-time if he avoided his rampant health issues?
He was unbelievable he would’ve had over 1k goals and probably would’ve gotten 2500-3000 points
Boldy is and will ultimately go down as the better player. But I think Caufield will go on to have the better career.
‘85 Oilers or ‘02 Wings
'02 Wings
Jarvis > Lafreniere & Johnston

McAvoy over Fox. McAvoy is a more complete player
Me when I lie
I'm a bruins fan, lay off the coke. Mcavoy is pathetic offensively. Lost his pp1 slot to mason lohrei and Kevin shattenkirk lmaooo
Love it

I'm a Flyers guy. Crosby has terrorized us for 15 years now. Ovi didn't do that, so I'm gonna say you're right
Price doesn’t have nearly the career necessary to be considered a top 12 goalie of all time which is what you said

@@willbabb3153what has he done? I put him in the same camp as Rask a great individual player but failed to show up in the critical moments
