@@devonpatel6687 oh I agree with you in the sense that mark is super polite to the entrepreneurs and wants to make them feel comfortable, but Kevin really is the best at actually making offers that benefit the entrepreneurs when he thinks they’re getting ripped off by another shark. He’s intentionally less open about it, which I think makes his advocacy more effective

@@Matzes 9% is actually pretty low for a business loan (hard money lenders tend to go for about 8-15%, and angel investors tend to expect a 20%+ ROI)

Eric Birger is my man any day, his signals are insane, and the fact that he only charges after his customers make a profit is extremely professional; I'd have even agreed to give him half of the profits if he had asked, but I hope he doesn't see this lol, I adore the dude.
I remember my first demo session with Birger, I was such a disaster lol, but he was very patient with me and made sure I got the basics right the first time, which was around two months ago. Using his indications, I've grown my portfolio to 12 bitcoins, and trading becomes much more fascinating when you're working with an expert.
It's wonderful to know I'm not the only one that uses
He not only offers accurate signals, but he also goes out of his way to educate you on what you're doing before advising you.

Mark genuinly giving her advice "you can counter offer" and sticking up for her because shes clearly overwhelmed "guys, let her, just, let her (think)" is the sign that even if he's out, i would double equity offered by another shark just to have Mark work with them. He likes money, but he understands to make money you have to have a good image, and he pulls it off perfectly. He is her Shark Guru in this, and i love it.

Not really. He likes to make money. But the businesses he invests in actually do very well. I believe he actually has the most successful investment on the show. And his deals usually involve loans or royalties. Which usually means less equity, which is less greedy. Lori and Robert always want huge portions of the entrepreneurs businesses
@@ZombiieNation exactly I believe since he’s a big financial markets investor he has developed a good understanding of things like risk management and managing money in general and can cook up killer deals that make sense

He's a businessman, he will poince on money. He's money hungry but not greedy especially compared to Barbara's offer. Kevin has been one of the sharks who used other deal types like loans and royalties just to come to a compromise with his future entrepreneurs about him swimming in money while making his entrepreneurs money aswell.
It was a rhetorical trick to make him the good guy in negotiations where HE gets paid by her via a loan to take 8% of her company.

USA. they tend to be rude, pushy and loud.
