India's BUTTERIEST Pav Bhaji 🇮🇳 (More butter, more love)

- So I had just finished shopping in Chor Bazaar and definity worked up a hunger by this point so I had to walk over to one of the butteriest Pav Bhaji in Mumbai. This think is loaded with Amul butter and will keep you going all day!
After that I went to the street outside to find a taxi but had some problems as people didn't want to give @chrismixlewis and I a fair price. But third time was the charm as ChaCha gave us a good price and he got a nice little reward at the end!
Finally at St Regis and the service and warm welcome just comes at you! A truly stunning hotel that is built around their butler service. SO nice!

Mumbai's taxi's and rikshaw's work on a meter system, so you won't get scammed, unlike most other cities in India. For future reference, St. Regis is in Lower Parel, near Palladium.

All restaurants in India have a place to wash hands and soap (By Law). Always ask if you can't find one. Sometimes due to lack of space they may place it outside... Locals will always know...

*One of the best Pani puris in town. Very clean & hygienic. They use bottled mineral water to make these. So very safe to eat Pani Puris at this place.*
2. Sardar Pav Bhaaji - (area - Tardeo in Mumbai) -
*The best and the most buttery Paav Bhaaji on Planet Earth.*
3. Bade Miyan - Late night place - is open till 3 am or so (area - near Taj hotel & the Gate way of India in Mumbai)
*A late night place, patrons eat in their cars, but has a seating area as well. Famous for their wraps, Tikkas, Tandooris & barbecued stuff.*

Take some time and try traveling to eastern part of India. Those are the hidden gems of India.
If possible, check out Maruti Pav Bhaji- super unique in that it's almost black in color! A little further up north toward the suburbs but definitely worth it. Especially if you're going to be heading to Juhu beach, etc.

Pay taxi drivers by the meter. Check the e meter embedded in the dashboard and pay what it reads at the end of the trip. The e meter should begin from zero.

hey Max if you are in India get the egg kalaki, half boiled omelette which has a chicken or mutton curry added to it. Need to eat it in one go. Even Gordan Ramsey doesn't now this.

When in Mumbai, you should never ask the cabbie/rickshaw on how much they'll charge, there's a meter which displays the rates as per kilometre... they will take you by the standard tariff displayed on that meter.
