I can totally understand your trepidation with exercise, this time last year you could hardly walk up the stairs. Having a pacemaker will be scary too, you’re doing really well and choosing your own pace! Good on ya xx

Our bodies love it 💛 I hit rock bottom health wise and started walking. Just 45-60 minutes and sometimes I'd listen to audiobooks or music. It put me in a better state of mind to be productive and live life.
Keep on 👏 It's hard sometimes but always the right thing to do.

Congratulations on losing another pound! Your walk looks very beautiful. I know it is so difficult going out there and doing the things you used to do with Ellie. I'm sure she must be proud of you for getting out there. Maybe Alex will join you for the next one.
Well done for getting out for a walk. Not only is it good for you physically it does wonders for your mental health too. If you took Alfie, it would give you even more motivation to get out there and you can get your exercise together. You seemed so much brighter for having done it. Keep it up! 😊
@@jenstone9308 I think Alfie their dog has a few quirks that make it very difficult to take him for long walks away from home. Bless him. 🐶
One of my friends her dog was a bit crazy. She took him to dog training sessions, helped a lot. I use smaller plates for portion control. I buy the meat free Richmond sausages. Glad Simon is joining you on your health journey

My mum used to say when I had to go out and didn't really want to, "you'll enjoy it when you get there " She was usually right. You got to enjoy having a lovely surprise chat with your brother, how great is that.
Regarding the cold weather I agree it's really uncomfortable when you can't get warm. 🥶

Well done Georgina on your walk. Make sure you stretch afterwards, and drink a protein shake within 45 minutes of exercise. You may think its just walking but its still alot of exercise. I am walking 4000 steps a day, I live by the beach but I dont want to navigate people so I walk around my big back yard listening to a podcast. 7000 steps would do me in lol

Hi G. I don’t normally give you advice. I would like to say that the ideal number of steps to take when you’re walking is more steps than you were taking. You might use your step tracker on a normal day and see how many steps you take. Then when you go to the track, you can decide to take more steps than you do on a normal day. That 10,000 steps goal is a joke. And it just sets us up for failure and disappointment in ourselves.Best!

Kurzgesagt made a video explaining how exercise doesn't help us lose weight. Only cutting how much we eat does sadly.

Her and simone live separate lives. He's with his head in the clouds and his toys, and she is with her in the sand if she's not crocheting. They need a massive overhaul in every aspect of their lives. They need Queer Eye maybe they can apply. The Mystic Meg stuff has to end. They need to grow up
