I'm on Mounjaro for PCOS and insulin resistance. I've been told I need to eat very well to get minimal side effects: fresh fruit, fresh veg, lots of protein. You'll get worse side effects eating so much processed stuff. I gave some recipe suggestions on another blog to give you some ideas of hidden veggies but you didn't reply 😅 It can take up to 6 months to really get into the flow with it but you must be eating the correct foods: you don't eat enough fresh fruit and veg. Not being nasty, I'm just using my own experience to explain ❤x

oh man!!! Those prawns on bagels looks amazing!! I had never thought to do that. I wish we had scampy here, its not a thing we have here, must be a northern seas sort of thing. As for low fat, if its low fat it will be high in sugar. Its not fat that makes you fat, its sugar. xxx

I enjoyed your vog. The bonding squares are a lovely idea. Preemies in the NICU can't wear clothes because of the tubes most of them are attached to. So a little square won't get in the way. I think what I call a treadmill is a good idea. I have one that I use at least three or four times a week for a half hour because I love to walk but I can't walk outside since we don't have sidewalks where I live and I don't like going to a track to walk. I have osteoporosis, so I need a weight bearing exercise. They can be expensive and take up room, but they are worth it. I am not a swimmer, but you are, so that is a great exercise for you, especially for your lungs. I think that you made the right decision about Mangero. Take care.
You can really see the effects of the mounjaro looking at your shoulders. The discomfort and ill feeling you had on it was purely down to good choices , unfortunately mounjaro reacts badly with nearly all processed food which is bloody crap . You’re taking steps in the right direction and remember some of us out here are proud of you and cheering you on all the way . Much love

What I would say to the naysayers who come here to criticise or judge you Georgina would be for them take a long hard look at yourself and tell us how perfect your life is before telling others how to live theirs. As I know my life isn't perfect by any means, but I don't spend time taking it out on others. Perhaps if they channel their energies into positive and constructive things to make a difference in life . Other than that no one forces anyone to watch, if it's not for you there's no need to announce and flounce. Move on.

For me i enjoyed the crystal chat as its something im very interested in, unfortunately, crochet not so much. It is a very big chunk of your vlogs now but it is YOUR vlog. When we humans talk about improving our health people will give us a lot of suggestions and they might get upset if we don't take them. I notice that for a lot of conditions. I try not to take it personally as I think their frustrations, etc is within them and I don't have to let their feelings into me
Yes I have to have a late dinner otherwise I just want a second dinner lol. I've noticed though that a lot of my family eat dinner at 5pm ..apparently in the north and Yorkshire that is normal but in the south dinner is usually 7 or 8pm. Who knows lol.
I was a mobile hairdresser and saw heard a lot of people in my time. U need do not just cut down pertain but eat salads with fish/chicken maybe a potato or two. R Theses companies selling mongiro we don’t know what is in them and could have made u sick. Do a proper diet no more 2 hamburgers at once
there is no quickfix. you need to change your eating once and for all. Low fat is outdated. you just need to skip the proccessed and inflammatory fats. get out of your crochet bubble, get educated and get to work. i had enuff
