My take from hearing some of this, is judgement. And labels. I'm 63 and I can't get over how judgemental women can be. Drink the wine and let the world be the world. If you dislike anything , and can't say something nice don't say anything. My grandmother was a classic lady. Always took the high road in some incredibly difficult situations. Never once was she ugly or critical or judgemental. ❤ Love your videos Marnie.
I think the internet has changed people to the think they can say whatever they want behind a keyboard, especially things they would never say in person.

The subject of this video is “unpopular opinions”, and Ms. Goldberg literally asked for people to send her their personal opinions and judgement of things that might be polarizing. Generally, I agree that if you can’t say something nice then don’t say anything at all. But in this case, she literally asked for people to tell her what they think. It was meant to be critical, but nothing that I heard was mean spirited. ‘as a country we’ve lost sight of….it’s okay to think differently about things, we can all still get along.’ I agree with that remark.

I am 80 and I always love watching your videos. I love to dress in stylish clothes, just because you’re older does not mean you have to dress that age I am out in public a lot and constantly get compliments on how I look I wear stylish clothes and accessories and I love the way I feel. That is what is important. I have learned a lot from you and will continue to watch! ❤

I am 62. I enjoy watching your channel because I believe you have a classy look, love your makeup, and you are not 25. I have noticed meanness or lack of a filter with comments on UA-cam. Hoping we return to a kinder time in the future. Thanks for the effort in your videos.
The comments are actually a little better than they used to be, but I’m still shocked when women my age (or older) leave nasty comments.
Another senior here Marnie. I'm 68 and after reading your comments, I'm so proud that my generation is well represented in your subscribers. It's good to know that so many senior women continue to wear what they love. I definitely am a classic minimal style lady and always have been. I love a front tuck top, a skinny jean to wear with boots, and I don't mind a distressed jean in a very minimal way once in a while but it wouldn't be my preference. Things I'm not a fan of are the Chelsea boots or bows in my hair. I love your channel. You have inspired me and taught me so much about fashion. Ty!
Retired nurse here. There have actually been a few studies done that show that swearing actually decreases pain. I used to always encourage my patients to let em rip when they were feeling awful. 🤣🤣 A little humor helps too! Fun video! I agree with you on pretty much everything!

The front tuck is a great way to blend my stomach in with the rest of my body. It helps me fell less sloppy.

Loved this-made me smile throughout! I'm 74 and stopped dyeing my hair last summer- surprise! pure white, but I felt washed out so came to your channel to re-learn how to wear makeup to get my glow back. I'm getting so many compliments, and don't feel so invisible. And I'm loving my Walmart finds-sure, some don't work for me (wide leg pants-nope), but I've added quite a few fun, age-appropriate items. it's so much fun!! thank you!!!

I'm 63 and vow to stop the coloring when my youngest kids get out of college. I really cannot wait (five more years).
I turned 60 in December and started to let my hair go gray years ago. I’m salt and pepper throughout with 2 puffs of gray at my temples. I like not having to worry about the gray skunk stripe on my head. My kid is 24 😊!
I’m 63 and cannot imagine not dying my hair YET! Been going grey since my 20s so have been fighting it since then. I wish I could accept it as it’s a pain and expensive! Good for you if letting hair go natural!
I love flare pants. I have an hour glass shape too and I find it very flattering. My only complaint is I’m only 5’ 4” and many styles are too long. You can’t hem them because it would ruin the look. When I find retailers that offer different length options( i.e. Gap and Old Navy to name a few ) I can wear them and I love the look.
I have the opposite problem. I wear a small tall in tops because I have long arms and legs so a lot of Amazon stuff doesn’t fit. 😢

I have been following you for about 8 months and I love you. The message that you send about things you show has not been lost on me. In fact, I love how you acknowledge things that are more pricey and may not be in everybody’s budget and how certain styles may not be for everyone, recognize different tastes. You are clear the things you are show are what you love and others may too or you talk about alternatives. You’re great!

Fun video! I agree that we all collectively need to remember how to respectfully disagree with others. It’s alright not to like the same things and to be able to express yourself without it being automatically assumed to be an attack on someone else. Besides, differences make the world so much more interesting
I am 73 and I enjoy watching your videos. You are a breath of fresh air. Some people might have put topics or statements that they knew would create controversy, even if they don't really feel that way. Just my opinion and I don't really know the motivation. Regarding reality shows, I think that producers have been driven to create shows that shock and awe in order to get viewership. If it is too tame, not as many people would watch. It is all about viewership and how to increase ratings and drama does that. You stay true to yourself and we will keep watching. Promise.

The only criticism I have about this video: it was too short! I loved it! Please do more of this type of video on a regular rotation. I was on the game about flare jeans, my sister told me exactly what you said (5 foot tall, wider hips) and I rejected her advise. But you confirmed it and I’m off to a retailer today to purchase a pair!
