No not fully funded, I just got accepted to SUNY Oswego they gave me $10k scholarships(max) over like $39k cost of attendance- tuition+living+food cost
Syracuse University is a private university, which is not considered as part of the SUNY system. However, it shares a lot of its resources with SUNY ESF (College of Environmental Science and Forestry), which is a part of the SUNY system
