Zeppos is famous for it’s fine dining, beautiful decor and live music and has welcomed some of the major gypsy jazz players from around the world to their stage including Jimmy Rosenberg, Paulus Schaefer and myself. Also host to the ‘Django Amsterdam’ festival, Zeppos is the spiritual centre for Django’s music in The Netherlands and provides an inspiring location for our third Amsterdam breakthrough retreat!
You'll also have plenty of time to discover some of the treasures of Amsterdam including the famous art museums, Anne Frank House, beautiful canals and historic churches which are all in easy walking distance.

8:10 tip #2 Learn C#m7b5 (same fingering as diminished chord on the first 4 strings but on the inside closed set of 4 (5432)
If you move it down a whole step (2frets) It can function as a Dm6 (Bm7b5)

Hello sir, I am watching from Tennessee about an hour outside of Nashville. I'm new to the gypsy jazz genre and its completely on the opposite end of the spectrum from my norm. As a learning guitarist i feel it is better to not constrain oneself to one style of playing. I found your video by watching Ben Eller's video on playing a solo by Marty Friedman. Marty has an unorthodox picking form which Ben mentions is sometimes seen in gypsy jazz and that peaked my interest in the play style.
