Thank you for your video. Did you take a look at the Sigma 28-70/2.8 DG DN Contemporary? That’s the compact mid range zoom I chose and its smaller brother the 16-28/2.8 which is all internal focusing. Take care.

@@facundovaldiviac1504 I’m very happy with my A7CII + Sigma 28-70/2.8 DG DN Contemporary lens as a relatively cost effective solution with good image quality with accurate auto focus. For me small size and weight was a priority and since the A7CII has IBIS I was OK with it not in the Sigma lens. Good luck.
@@facundovaldiviac1504 Very happy with the two Sigma lenses on my A7CII. Their smaller size and weight make them perfect for my travel bag and f/2.8 over 16-70mm is very advantageous. Take care.
I just got the A7Cii for travel/street/video (backup to my A7RV). Ideal size for FF camera with all the nice Sony IQ. I have the Sigma 35 & 65 I-Series, but plan on using the Sony 16-25 & 25-50 short zooms when they come out. BTW, I added the Smallrig grip. Also, I programmed a button (i.e. AF-ON) to subject tracking (works in stills & video). Use it like BBF. It negates the need for a joystick (and is quicker IMO). I wish that it has a full mechanical shutter, but not a deal breaker. How do you like the colors/ISO/etc next to Canon (the comparison soon)?
That's awesome. I do prefer the way canon files edit with the profiles, but I can get some good edits out of the 33 megapixel Sony sensor. Fuji is still number one for me.
Been thinking about this setup with the Sony 40mm f2.5 prime for a small setup in addition with the 20-70 f4 from Sony. Did you take a look at that zoom lens? And if you'd find the f/4 limiting, what wideangle lens would you pair with the 28-75 f/2.8?
The 40mm would be realy fun and compact for sure. I just did't like the price of those tiny compact lenses. One i woud consider now would be the new 24-50mm. For the wide end I love the Rokinon 14mm 2.8. I have the RF version and it's great.

Not with the 2.8 lens. Maybe an issue with 1.4 or lower.
