Just followed your video and installed W11 24H2. Unfortunately, the laptop became extremely slow so had to revert to W10
@@ekendraedrisinghe3428 If you want to revert to previous version, do it before the grace period (10 days) ends. Go to Setting/System /Recovery page, here you'll ae an option GO BACK.
Howdy.
My laptop is so old it has BIOS Legacy startup. 24H2 won't install. The install rolls back to the original at reboot. 23H2 was successful though.
My workstation has UEFI startup. The product server way worked for 24H2.

You've completely over complicated this process. All you have to do is download the ISO, mount it, making note of what drive letter has been allocated. Open CMD and change to this drive and enter "setup.exe /product server", the install process will happen and complete successfully. This is for unsupported PC's and will also work for supported ones.

Hi I have a supported pc yet I still do not have the option to update/upgrade to the Windows 11 24H2. Can you show me how to update to it? I am running Windows11 23H2. What do I need to do? Thank you in advance.
@@squeakyg2161 If you have a support pc, things are pretty easy for you. You can download the ISO file as shown in the video, extract it, and simply run the setup file. (No need to add any prompt in CMD). Or you can go ms official page, You will see "Windows 11 Installation Assistant" The very first option on the page. Click on Download Now. just use rufus in 23h2 then in the source file of the 23h2 find the bigger file size and replace it with the bigger file size of the 24h2..then boom you have 24h2 windows 11
Is everyone here clueless? This update adds the Recall program which no one wants. Do not install this
@@josebrivera1716 You can Disable RECALL option from settings. I agree, no one wants his computer to quietly remember everything he does.
Recall may be installed but it can't run without a CPU with a NPU and they have only just been released. So maybe you want to hold off on the clueless statement while you only know part of the full story. Also if you had the CPU then Recall snaphots are not enable by default.
