Sorry for noob question, right in the beginning regarding with recommended build - how do you have 33 points of commander skills chosen? I know they have a star ranking, so if you can't choose them all, what is the build?
All it takes is a full torp spread from zao or yoshino in the smoke and she signs for davy's jones locker i have done it many times.
