Hey guys, 3rd episode of combat report! This time featuring the footage from my Fw 190 F-8 review. Of course in this video we'll mainly talk about my actions and why im doing them. Hope you enjoy the video, and make sure to like, comment, share and subscribe for more! Have a great day :)
The combat report series is great. I remember how awesome the series of the original reviews was too. Especially the rip speeds, speed at alts', maneuverability, suggested strategy etc etc. Many times after getting a new plane and before playing it I'd watch one of your videos on it first. Or if I was struggling in a plane I would watch one of your videos on it as a guide. However watching them now is not as appealing because alot has changed in WT with the planes and flight models.
Frankly Mr. Jengar - for us sub-average pilots, this is Everything we need. This insight for me, who flies everyday in War Thunder, is invaluable. Prior to engagement the sky can be really confusing. I’d like to request something outrageous. But you’ve done it before. And that’s a high tier prop Air Arcade combat report. Some of us still can’t manage RB.......
I really appreciate the time that you take in making these videos and passing on your acquired knowledge in the hope of helping others. The most difficult concept for me to master was in choosing which target to make my move. It seemed that they were always all bunched-up, but, from watching your videos, I slowly learned how to pick and choose the most vulnerable and how to successfully escape in one piece.
As always a great and helpful video. I'm not sure if you mentioned it but Ammo Type and Convergence is a new players question in almost every instance. Also WEP and the timeframe for each aircraft, it was long into my game play when i realized that there are altitude requirements and a time limit on how long WEP can be used not just overheating, but actual time WEP can be used is different for each aircraft type. Again for new players learning or wanting to learn, the start of the match is very important, Knowing your aircraft without MODS (un spaded) and what the Stat card can tell the new players about Climb rate and turn rate for aircraft and knowing that what they should do at the start of the match playing alone and not with a squad as I think most players are at a disadvantage playing alone.
Excellent commentary on the thoughts while you pilot - this is real knowledge to improve game-play for setting up the engagement is more important than seeing who can dog-fight better, or who has better ping, etc.
I realy appriciate your videos, always watching your reviews before researching or buying an aircraft.. Im kinda new to warthunder.. Was losing and raging.. until i found the Channel 😃 many thanks from a Norwegian wannabe pilot
Didn't like the 190s gameplay but it turns out that I was just flying them wrong. Love the information, Jengar. I'll have to revisit Germany when i get a chance.
it's my favorite focke wulf, no redundant MGFF cannons that has a different muzzle velocity, MG151s in the wing roots and MG131s in the nose makes powerful and reliable firepower (I use stealth for both). airspawn makes a great interceptor for enemy attackers. Option for bombs and rocket which is good in late game to bleed tickets with. cheapest repair cost for german T4 fighters so you can afford to spam fast paced tactics. Makes me wonder why I talisman the G6 instead of the F8
I love the FW's though I haven't taken out the F-8 since I spaded it because for only a point 3 BR increase the A-8 is a little faster and has twice the cannons. Turn and climb stats are identical.
Hey Jengar can you make a combat report episode on the U2? I remember your other video on it and defensive flying. That video is maybe 2 years old already if I remember correctly.
Hey Jengar when is episode 3 of combat report coming out for the RE2005? I'm gonna say that right after you make episode 3 Gaijin will buff the RE and place it at 5.7 😄😄😄
I’ve got an idea jengar about you aircraft analysis of each tier this how it could be laid out A6M3 zero Pros: effective firepower Great manuverability Good climbrate Engine doesn’t overheat easily Cons: poor durability Inneffective in the ground attack role Low ammo count Low versatility Gameplay: turn fighting is the go to gameplay with this plane however you can sometimes use this as an energy fighter and also remember you can’t take hits, you can’t spray and pray and you’re not that fast Verdict instead of funfactor Get it consider it or avoid it Verdict: get it

Thanks mate, glad it served the intended purpose :)
I like this kind of videos when you explain the strategy to use for some type of planes. Thanks for the share !
You're welcome Marc!
I got my first ace ever in this plane a little while ago, what a machine
congratz sir!
Great video! I love these insights on how and why to do certain things, certain manouvers, etc. Thanks, Jengar
Ty sir, glad you enjoyed!

Nice coincidence!
@@jengar6258 my favorite line, it's a really good challenge & experience to fly them
It's my favorite. The real multi role fighter.

Amazing as always nice job jengar
Thanks mate!
FW’s are sweet. I have the Dora and love it. Absolutely deadly planes. And my Dora prints cash. Anyway great vid. Thank you sir.
I wish I could play that on my phone ,,war wings was so awesome, I can't believe they shut it down
hehe, fair enough ;) game is too complicated for a phone.
I'm Big fan of your videos 😎
Good to hear, ty! :)
Looks like a D9 with a lower br and with a little more elevator autoritie,
Good gameplay in this relatively good interceptor 😉
Thanks Hermann!
Hello Jengar. I love your channel. Could you please try the Yak-3U.
ty sir, its on the to do list!
I love the FW's though I haven't taken out the F-8 since I spaded it because for only a point 3 BR increase the A-8 is a little faster and has twice the cannons. Turn and climb stats are identical.
Hey jengar nice vid ❤️ hopefully your son is doing okay 🙏🙏
Thanks ryan! son is doing fine, considering the circumstances.
Awesome 💜
A nice video as always ... Can we get a guide on making SL using Air RB pls?
Ty sir, im not sure how much time i can make for random guides now that im neck deep in the airforce guides. I'll consider it though!
@@jengar6258 thank you very much .. I'm pretty sure everyone ( subscribers) will appreciate it :3
good stuff!
ty sir!
Hey Jengar can you make a combat report episode on the U2? I remember your other video on it and defensive flying. That video is maybe 2 years old already if I remember correctly.
hey jengar I was just wondering what your targeting distance is normally
i dont use that. Convergence is usually 600m
Hey Jengar when is episode 3 of combat report coming out for the RE2005? I'm gonna say that right after you make episode 3 Gaijin will buff the RE and place it at 5.7 😄😄😄
So FW-190 is basically a German P47?
Hello...
greetings!
7:36 that was a b25 not a b29
Shhhh
Brainfart from my side ! When you record souns, you think ahead a lot, thus that can happen, mouth says something different.
Arrgh, I loathe the 190's. Playing japanese, seeing these butcher birds shred anything in a short burst turns me green with envy.
The japanese have their own advantages :) but i understand what you mean. Play germany as well i would say ;)
@@jengar6258 I do get my happy moments when I hop on a KI-61 with german cannons of it, every now and then.
@@UnclePutte get the japanese fw190 premium :D
I’ve got an idea jengar about you aircraft analysis of each tier this how it could be laid out
A6M3 zero
Pros: effective firepower
Great manuverability
Good climbrate
Engine doesn’t overheat easily
Cons: poor durability
Inneffective in the ground attack role
Low ammo count
Low versatility
Gameplay: turn fighting is the go to gameplay with this plane however you can sometimes use this as an energy fighter and also remember you can’t take hits, you can’t spray and pray and you’re not that fast
Verdict instead of funfactor
Get it consider it or avoid it
Verdict: get it
verdict is recommended in my vids, not fun factor. i'll stick to my chosen setup.
That’s literally copying Oxy
Tamago_ desu or AdamTheEnginerd
Why do you Sound so sad?
Hmm, no idea, i wasnt sad, i was relaxt tbh.
