I stumbeled in to your channel today, and I have been watching a few of your tutorials. I LOVE THEM!! What a wonderful talented artist you are!! I like all your work aspesial the fog paintings. And I just love how honest you are about the "mistakes" you make. Love to watch and listen to you. I am from Norway, and I like to hike in the forests and mountains. Is your canvas wet while doing the first bit? Also, my paints dry too fast to blend…should I use craft paint to blend instead? This is my first year painting with acrylic.
not wet, just important to work quickly and use the type of paint i am using. try watching my acrylic blending video, its really helpful!!

Did you add diluted acylic?
I'd have to go back and watch the whole thing again to know for sure, but most likely no. I rarely add water to my acrylic.
It's look like easily to push away the acrylic on your vedio. I feel dry when I paint.
