I would say if you want to buy something in the center the price will be at least 600-700k which will be difficult even if you're a couple. Outside the center it would be possible. A typical mortgage loan length is 30 years in the Netherlands.

Hi Oguzhan. It changes from one provider to the other. It also depends on the price of the house. I got the nationale hypotheek garantie which also played a big role on the interest rate.
I would like to buy an house in Almere, Hilversum or nearby. Could you please confirm if it's mandatory in NL to renew the foundations of the houses every 45 years?

you can rent with a mortgage, however in this case the mortgage interest is much higher
How is the 1.09% possible ? I am just having mine done these days for about 1.57% for an A level energy house.

Never heard of such a rule. In amsterdam center there is this kinda problems. Less in newer buildings in the center
