There's still hope that some of are old friends from pso2 are alive inside cold sleep and maybe just maybe someone from pso2 was the one who sent us to Alpha as a Metion and secretly watching us.

Interesting that the 3rd option at that moment ONLY appears if you got the Episode 6 True Ending in Classic PSO2 (AKA: completed Classic PSO2... aparently, to be honest, I'm not 100% sure about that, but it's clear that you must have played Classic PSO2 to have that choice to appear), I wonder what will happen in the future of NGS story, would be shocking to see some old faces from Classic PSO2.

i've played all of the story, but i haven't get the true ending yet, and i didn't had this choice, so yes, you need to get the true ending
