what was he throwing away on the dumpsters I don't think it was garbage, I believe he has something to do with it. Sorry for the girls, they really believe him.

The totality of evidence as to Barry’s dishonesty weakens his claim to innocence. His wife’s body is probably entombed in concrete foundations somewhere, or otherwise she was dismembered and disposed in various dumpsters. The performance of Barry and his daughters deserves an Emmy.
@@pietrojenkins6901who was pushed? Whomever killed her, husband or someone else, they were not pushed! Neither are most of these cases, where is it often an innocent woman killed like prey by a maniac for no reason
Right off the bat I'm wondering why the boyfriend is speaking for the family. That is so strange. This whole case is very strange and the coldness of the daughters is weird.
At the start it seems like none of her family is home? He says the girls are on a trip and Barry is on a job in Denver, so seems like it was left to him to talk to the police. The narrator of the video says that it’s her daughter that shows the Instagram photo but it’s actually her neighbor since both her daughters are still out of town at that point. I definitely suspect this family for sure but the boyfriend seems like he’s just trying to help.
He is so obviously guilty. He has no emotions towards his wife. Soon as he said, they made vigorous love. it was obvious he was lying. They were on the verge of separating she had someone else.
Omg I said in the beginning why is it relevant that they "made love", why is the narrator including that? How weird. Now the husband mentioning "vigorous" (which is a really, really strange word to use) just makes it worse to me. Idk why, it just made me cringe. I absolutely think he's suspicious based on what information/video/etc is available.
Barry says "We love you, we miss you, we want you back so bad" -- AS HE SHAKES HIS HEAD "NO!" Family annihilator Chris Watts did the same in his Sermon on the Porch media interviews, in Frederick, Colo.
In the GMA interview the interviewer asks the girls if anything was amiss in their parents marriage before Suzanne week missing. The girl blatantly lie and say no while Barry shakes his head YES
@jking6554 😆 🤣 I missed that one. I don't "get" those girls at ALL. If I even suspected a tiny bit that my father killed my mother, I'd never speak to him again. They sure aren't faithful to their mother!!!
Hm i get what you’re saying but I can imagine myself shaking no as in no this is not good no this can’t be happening saying no we want you back but in my head shaking no as in how could this be happening etc
This case always gets to me. This bloke not only got away with this crime, but his own daughters stood by him and seemingly haven't showed any real concern as to the whereabouts of their mum. Daddy's money must be spread all around
Maybe cause "Mum" was screwing around on Dad and they felt she was causing alot of problems....she could've gotten a really good divorce attorney and then be free to go screwing around the rest of her life!
Maybe it was not him. Maybe it was his daughter’s bf and his father. Maybe she went for a bike ride and some one whose life matters abducted her. There have been cases with hiking women killed and discarded and never found again
I don't know whether he is guilty or not, but if I were in law enforcement and assigned to this case, I would be checking concrete foundations at the jobsites he was working during the time of her disappearance.
2 things. They can't just go tearing up buildings without a solid lead, which they don't have. Also, she's a manipulative, cheating bitch and she deserved what happened to her.
He killed her. No doubt in my mind. When you look into the details of this case it's clear to anyone with half a brain. Him actually having the audacity to go after his prosecutors will ultimately be his undoing. R.I.P. Suzanne. 🙏
People are innocent until proven guilty. You probably shouldn’t sit on a jury if that’s how you think. I worry about the ethical nature of these prosecutors. Why are they hiding that kind of evidence from the defense? Prosecutor should always want to seek the truth. I don’t know if he’s guilty or not. I have looked into this case. I do have a brain. But I’m also open minded.
@@rebeccakalyani2486 Well done for actually being a sensible adult. OP is a child that has never paid taxes or lived in the real world. Innocent until proven guilty is the baseline - he wasn't found guilty.
Barry is guilty as hell. Leaves a hotel multiple times to dump multiple trash bags at 4-5 different locations. Each time he leaves he's wearing a different shirt? His hotel room has a strong smell of chlorine that he claims was from the hotel pool or their cleaning supplies, which it wasn't. Multiple reports on how controlling he was and how insanely jealous he was. Recording of him listening to a true crime episode that strongly resembles his own case. Travels a different route than normal that takes longer. Everything he was doing a was glaring red flag to me. I'm sure Stevie Wonder could see how guilty he is. They just cant find the body because he chopped it up and threw away the parts in the trash bags. It's clear to see. And i'm sorry but his daughters are either in on it or the stupidest people i've ever seen. I get he's your dad but come on, all the signs are there except the body. Barry got away with murder.
As much as it sucks, this is why cops shouldn't jump the gun and arrest someone without the evidence. It makes them look bad when they have to drop the case. And know he is suing. So unless they can get the goods on him, not only will he get away with it, the tax payers will end up paying for his lawsuit.
Always funny when people list things they just heard 4 mins ago for the first time and act like experts cause they only picked the things that support the knee jerk conclusion they made with zero thought. Yeah totally it's so obvious which is why the one guy the cops have looked at got the case dismissed, and the fact that a serial rapists DNA was in her car is just normal and not even worth mentioning!
I agree. This is so simple. Get a divorce and move on with your freaky life. Just because you’re good looking and wealthy doesn’t make you above cheating. Just get a divorce and move on. She probably would be alive if they simply did that.
Its so crazy seeing high school pics. Even mine. As teens we would never believe our adult selves would get into so much drama/trouble/horrors. Life is crazy. My sincere condolences for such a horrific outcome.
I read every single word of the 130 page affidavit, and he is SO GUILTY ITS SCARY! The fact that Barry Morphew is free to do as he pleases when he killed her is appalling
Too bad she doesn't have a brother or family member to get revenge on barry,in my Brooklyn Cosa Nostra culture if a female is harmed or killed by someone every single aspect and second of mine and other family members lives would be to kill the one responsible, no matter how long it takes or the outcome,..Morte Prima Di Disonore, as they say...
The boyfriend of the daughter, seemed more keen in resolving the case than the daughters. Fishy how they went off on Mothers Day for a random trip. They seem to be more in on the murder- if not dumb enough to be groomed by the father. @beyondevil- Loved this detailed format!
@@dansihvonen8218 That is not true. Barry was the serial cheater in the marriage. Suzanne's text messages to her friend state that the girls urged her to leave Barry - even suggesting that Suzanne and the younger girl get an apartment and jobs in town.
Homeboy did a good job at disposing the wife and covering his tracks. This is going to be a cold case until he gets old and is put away for life. Shame on the two daughters. How quickly they want to move on with their life’s? 😮
How do you know daughter moved on with their lifes? From minute long vid in front of the interviewers cameras? Because they don't want to believe their dad did something to their mum? You have no idea wtf is happening in their personal lives or in their heads. Just saying, you don't know shit for judging like that.
I didn’t hear anything about Barry’s affairs !!!????? After putting up with a mean , controlling and cheating man , maybe she finally did search for a loving man , you shouldn’t say “ his jealousy” was warranted.
Agreed! All that ducking dodging n dumping should have put him under the jail but noooo even neighbor talking about she heard loud equipment running in weee hours. Just unreal who else would want her dead? Please I agree he’ll be a pitiful old bastard on the perp walk…. Again! Prosecutors got too zealous n blew case!
It bothers me that the daughters are like we always thought dad was not guilty because he's getting off on a technicality he's not getting off because he's not guilty.
I don't think anyone can judge the daughters right now. They lost their Mom and it's human nature for kids/young adults to do anything they can to keep the family they have left intact. We can see and comprehend the evidence objectively because we have no personal relationship or previous knowledge of the accused. These girls only know him as their Dad. Give them a break.
Well it's not a technicality; the state by it's own omission does not at this time have sufficient evidence to be confident about proving guilt beyond reasonable doubt, if they were they wouldn't have dropped it. He is also presumed innocent and the burden is on the state, so he doesn't need to prove himself innocent or cleared.
He can't explain away the smell of Chlorine in the hotel that his employees reported, nor the smell of bleach throughout his residence. Guilty, Guilty, Guilty.
Most places hire cops from the neck down. Occasionally, they hire one that has more than 2 brain cells to rub together. Of those, a couple sometimes become competent detectives.
I was just going to write this, that cop was an idiot. I'm not a cop and I would not have touched that bike without gloves. Shows how serious they take it. Scary
When you find a bike and you know the missing person was ON A BIKE.. it’s important for law enforcement to touch as many things on the bike as you can with no gloves on.. Check the Retaining Wall
She’s 49 and of no risk it’s not instantly a murder investigation. Get your head out of UA-cam and into reality. Check the wall? Are you serous? he’s gonna drive 4 hours and bury her in a wall in broad daylight after driving through miles of wilderness.
I’m with you on the retaining wall….he did such a good job on it and it’s a private house, so who’s gonna dig it up………no body to trip over……check the wall!!!!!!! Daughters are horrible……hope they can’t have kids.
The fact that the partial DNA is linked up to someone involved in other crimes is extremely interesting. I think Barry is correct in that law enforcement didn't look anywhere else. Even if Barry is guilty, they did a half ass job investigating her disappearance.
It all seems odd to me... both her daughters are 'conveniently' on a road trip... over Mother's Day... when she also ends up disappearing... admittedly, I haven't seen any interviews with her husband and daughters besides what was shown in this video... but none of her family has seemed to show any true concern or emotions over her being gone. I know people have different ways of expressing grief, but still. Also... how did the boyfriend of one of the daughters know that Barry and Suzanne 'had problems" but the daughters weren't asked about it? He definitely did it and will absolutely get away with it. His victory lap was voting for her. He knew he was untouchable at that point. She was definitely wrong for the affair... but didn't deserve to die because of it, if that was part of it in any way.
I'm sure the daughters were questioned extensively, they were showing the boyfriend being interviewed because he was one of the first to arrive on the scene...the daughters weren't there yet
A lot of kids dont hangnwith their moms on mothers day. They got lives. It does kinda make you wonder what their relationship with their mom was like. I dont think the affair had a role in it at all. He didnt know she had carrying out an affair for that long and even the boyfriend claimed he didnt know. Idk if hes guilty or not. Theres still a lot of doubt. No actually evidence. No blood located, no signs of a struggle, no witnesses, nothing that says yes he did it. Theres circumstantial guesses. A lot of the guesses seem stretched to make it fit. If I sat on the jury and heard what this video showed, I'd find him innocent. Not saying he is. They have shown no actual evidence that he did anything to his wife. Just speculations.
At 44:08 he says I want my wife to be found - at 44:05 he nods his head up and down that he loves his daughters, right after left to right about loving his wife. He doesn't want his wife to be found ... definitely not the response you would expect from a loving husband. I hope they do find her and she gets her justice!!!
tHAT DOESNT SEEM PLAUSABLE SINCE IF THE husband did it and placed her in this hard to get to place and got back to the house to "clean up the crime scene" in less than 12 hours it would be just as easy for the cops to get there. To me the video mentions dna of some one else from another area in here car that has a history of assult how do they just make a 1 sec mention of this and then never visit it again. If this is true then huge red flag
@@Flatlandmike He works in construction. How easy would it be to get dna from a known criminal and wipe it on her car. Look at some of the facts. Cameras not working for months She bought and used a “spy pen” because she suspected him of something He’s “away” when she goes missing His hotel room reeked of bleach She goes missing when her daughters are away His story changed frequently His body language shows deception (his head always says no when speaking of her)
I hope that law enforcement is still working the case and that they can resolve it one day. The 2 daughters conveniently being away on mother's Day is so strange and their body language around their father should be evaluated. I truly hope this case is solved one day 😔
Ah I didn't even think of that one, the daughters weren't there on mother's day!? They come off as odd, I wouldn't be suprised if daddy dearest was telling them all about Suzanne cheating and turned them against her. To be honest, Barry seems a bit of a p e n I s so I'm not suprised she was cheating! I know there's no excuse for cheating and I don't condone it in anyway, nor do I condone murdering the cheating party! I think Barry was having a bit on the side too, he just hid it better and is a good lier!
@@mariawestman9026 just strange way they interact with their father, overly protective, seemingly disregard for their mother's disappearance, seemingly cold affect to the situation in general. Just my personal observation that I find bizarre.
The first sentence of your video is why I believe there was foul play involved, and that it was personal. Mommas don't go "missing" on Mother's Day. I'd love for Suzanne to come home safe and sound, but I feel it in my heart that she's no longer with us, and there's no doubt in my mind that Barry is responsible for her demise. It's extremely disappointing how Chaffee County law enforcement and the DA handled Suzanne's disappearance and BMs indictment. I find it strange that her daughters aren't on television or online every day appealing for their mothers safe return or tips. Barry only asked once for help. Hmm. If my spouse or anyone I loved were missing, I'd be crawling on my hands and knees looking for them and begging the public for help until the day I die. That makes me think they do not need help anymore. It I think they know she's dead and they just want to forget about it and move on with their lives. I hope LE hasn't given up on Suzanne-
I feel sorry for his daughters. There's really no innocent explanation for her cell phone pinging off that tower far from home at 4am, around the same time he admittedly left the house, or for him driving all over dumping items into different dumpsters before he went to his job site, or for changing his shirt over and over. He also lied about their marriage being fine when we know she told people that things were terrible and he was unbearably controlling and jealous. So I don't know if his daughters are in denial, or if they are afraid of him, but the situation is truly tragic.
The daughters are adults, not toddlers! The support they show for their father is sickeningly over the top & very naive considering that their mother is still missing & has still not been found! Fair enough they love their father & don't want to believe that he killed their mother, but come on, there is no way they can be 100% certain while her disappearance is still unsolved! If they care about their mother as much as their father, for some reason, they don't seem to show it too much! Are any of the three of them even doing anything at all to keep looking for Suzanne? If so, those searches must be highly secret & undercover! More likely, I say they aren't happening at all! How do they just go on with their lives without trying as hard as they can to find her & crying out every chance they get for her disappearance to be solved? I think that sadly & shamefully, these daughters show nothing but disrespect & nonchalance for their missing mother!
@@AnnieBoBannie421 Ur right, lots of things just don't add up & definitely not to 100% in either direction! But in my opinion, the balance is definitely tilted one way when u add the motives of jealousy & ill-will in the relationship as well as financial gain, then heap on very strange & suspicious behaviour by the person who's the usual suspect in murder cases - the husband or the wife as may be the case - then the scales are leaning heavily towards Barry's guilt more than anybody else! She's missing & presumed dead so somebody is surely responsible!!
@@lindaanderson6780 yeah… you’re right!! I do think he did it…. But his ‘jealousy’ wasn’t exactly misplaced or absurd.. I think he knew. What a damn mess. There’s no point in staying in a miserable marriage for pretty much grown children…. He’s not a ‘hunter’ either… hell, he even cheated at that!!! When you cut antlers off like that, the deer don’t ‘walk away’…. you know he’s that pos to cut it down to the skull… he killed every deer he took antlers from and they absolutely suffered until they died with their godamn brains exposed!! That tells you what kind of ‘man’ he is. I’m from rural Ky and you just don’t do that shit. This pos is not a ‘sportsman’ …. What a mess-I think he’ll get away with it too…. It’s weird none of the cameras worked, that was planned too. Anybody that has a godamn spy pen-has cameras around a $2M home… weird, huh? What a mess (I’m more pissed off over his ‘hunting’ practices than I am that he more than likely killed his wife🥴) ♥️
@@AnnieBoBannie421 I totally agree with everything u say! As an animal lover who detests wanton & unnecessary cruelty to any animal - I am as appalled & outraged about that cold-heartedness as u are my friend! And yes, the fact that his jealousy was proven to actually be well-founded, that makes that particular motive even stronger & more likely! I think he had suspicions, but that night before Mother's Day he caught Suzanne communicating with her lover & then totally lost his shit! We know she had been communicating with the guy on that night & in the wee hours of Mother's Day he cleaned up & left for work out of town extra early to do all his dumping escapades to hide evidence along the way! And I hate to say it, but I also agree that at this stage he is likely to have gotten away with her murder which is really sad & unjust! An affair in a marriage is not great & nor, as u said, is staying in a miserable marriage just for kids that are young adults anyway! But still, nobody deserves to actually be murdered for having an affair on a husband who is not making her happy & seemed to treat her quite poorly! U never know, hopefully some day they may get some break-through evidence - especially if her body is ever found! Cheers & good chatting to u! 🍻🤞🙂
The daughters have never once planned a search team for their mother. They have only went on tv to tell the public they want to “heal” aka move on from this. imo Also, Barry himself stated “If I did bury her no one would ever find her”. Now, who in the heck would even have the nerve to say that about their presumed missing wife they loved so much? This was a very good video. And to listen to the bf and dad of one of the girls again was interesting. Even he himself said the trail where the bike was found was very difficult. If I’m correct, Suzanne had only been biking for a short time. Why would she go on such a difficult trail 1. By herself and 2. With all of her family out of town in case of need? The whole story makes no sense, but I am now starting to wonder if Barry really did find out who she was having an affair with. Just knowing about it is one thing, but then to find out who it really was (an old school mate whom he had a not so nice encounter with) is something totally different…..
The daughters knew the mother was CHEATING ON THEIR FATHER and had run off. They were not allowed to share what they knew with the public. The brother moorman when he found out that the sister was a LYING ADULTERESS ditched the scene in a hurry after he had kept accusing Barry.
This is why I say live your life while you have a life to live. Their mother refused to divorce for the sake of her children, was almost certainly murdered by their father, and those same children are now living their best lives and overall seem unbothered about the entire situation. She probably would’ve been better off and maybe even still alive had she just divorced her husband, waited for the dust to settle and allowed her children to navigate accordingly.
I don't think I'm the only one that got such a weird uncomfortable vibes from the daughters 😫🤢 how she was staring at her creepy dad expressing he would never kill their mom...like she's trying to convince herself or please daddy so they don't loose the monthy allowance and inheritance...during the whole episode, I was thinking how could his daughters be okay with the level of cruelty their father had always commited toward animals..usually wife and daughters are soft hearted with compassion and influence their husband/father, but no this whole family is whackos 🤯 Ps, I think her body is in the landfills since he dumped bags at few garbage bins..
They will never find the body. This guy has made sure of it. He killed his wife, groomed his two daughters and it's awkward of how the girls talk and how they look at him whenever they speak about him or his innocence
YES! And holding hands!! That creeped me out. Not insinuating anything gross but I wonder if he 'love-bombed' them - or groomed as you say so as to establish his innocence in their eyes.
They have him throwing away bags in random locations. She's in a landfill. I'm surprised they wouldn't immediately search there when he was throwing thing away. She'll never be found now.
Her body was found during an unrelated search in September of 2023 in Saguache County. According to the autopsy report, Morphew died from “homicide by unspecified means in the setting of butorphanol, azaperone, and medetomidine intoxication.” The report goes on to say, “these drugs are marketed as a compounded injectable chemical immobilizer for wildlife.”
Why did she even marry him and have kids? Seemed like a confused woman unfortunately. She should have left him when he got violent towards Jeff. That was a sign of things to come.
@@deboldham5067 huh? you are more out of it than I imagined. The person if this is true should have been Barry to have an extra-maritial affair. Sleazy suzanne tried to make up the story that he did, for her future use. There is ZERO evidence that he was unfaithful to her. The LORD GOD told me Barry was innocent and I prayed for him from the time the whole saga began with suzanne going "missing."
It shows you exactly what kind of monster Barry is when you hear the story of him purposely fencing in animals just to shoot them. Totally amoral person.
We literally torture billions of animals to death in factory farming and pay for it to happen every time we eat meat/dairy but…sure…he’s barbaric. Cognitive dissonance at its finest.
True, Barry Morphew is pure evil. He was the polar opposite of Suzanne, a big hearted, kind and empathetic woman. She must have ignored so many red flags about that man over the years - pushed away her doubts, and ignored her inner alarm bells. I hope other women can learn lessons from her heinous abuse and finally her murder by the pathetic excuse for a man. Any male who has to constantly prove his masculinity by killing animals, is no man at all!
I see enough crime videos to know that when a husband call his kids to asking if they heard from their mom because “he can’t get in contact with her”…that’s usually a dead giveaway.
Oh I definitely agree he’s guilty, especially since she’s was a life long lying cheating pos. He probably found out and snapped…and then did enough to get away with it so far.
umm.. wellllll... yah you Do. you need Evidence like a body , etc to prove homicide. otherwise no crime.. its innocent til proven guilty.. and colorado is not known for their criminal prosecutions and investigations.. boulder botched the jon benet ramsey case.. still not solved.
THIS!!!!!!! No way that wasn't planned. I almost wonder if part of his thinking wasn't that no one would think you could do something that awful to your kids on mother's day of all days, but I'm pretty sure narcissists can.
She cheated on him, i hope he gets away with it, for years she was going behind his back, so think about how distant and cold she would have been towards him, letting him stew in anger and bad thoughts when she could have done the decent thing. She got what she deserved. Sounds harsh to say but she played around and found out.
I hope this doesn't go cold. According to the AP, her remains were located 40 miles south of where she was reported to have gone missing in September 2023. Hopefully, they will be able to find something to help them crack the case (no matter who the perpetrator was) so everyone can get closure and a killer can be taken off the streets.
He wanted to sound loving and caring, mean while he hated her for not wanting to be married to him anymore. For some reason, I think he did, but there will be no body.
Don't mean to speak potentially poorly about the dead but it's quite likely that the entire family weren't/aren't the best people. She was indeed playing her husband for a fool with another married guy
Anyone who could be so cruel is capable of anything. Transporting deer and releasing them in a fenced off area for "pretend hunters" to shoot at is disgusting beyond belief. Removing the antlers from a buck is also horrific because that is how they defend themselves. This entire situation, Barry's entire backstory, just makes me want to vomit. These are next level definitions of cruel and unusual behaviours.
@carolskillen8292 It's worse to be cruel to humans. People that prioritize animals over humans make me sick and I believe those people have legitimate mental illness. I 100% believe in kindness and compassion to animals but humans are my brothers and sisters, my species and we are first.
All of my favorite true crime channels have been posting all weekend in this week!! Its been amazing! Thank you for all of thr work that you put into your videos! ❤
I do NOT believe this guy, my gut feeling is never wrong. Everything points to the fact that he killed his wife, all the evidence, his many lies, but also his body language and the facial expressions, his eyes when he speaks. There is no way he is innocent. Poor woman, I hope they will find her and justice will be served. He needs to be behind bars. The girls of course will stand with their dad, as they refuse to comprehend that he killed their mum. But deep down I do believe that they can feel the truth, and eventually will come forward, to do justice for their mum.
I feel sorry for those daughters. So sad that they believe their father…..unless they also held resentment towards their mother….you never know how evil people are.
i think you hit the nail on the head...adults think young people or children are not aware that things are not the way they should be at home...they're aware, they may not know exactly what's going on but they know something is wrong. Their mother was not an honest person and she went way out of her way to track down an old flame....get a divorce and tie up your loose ends and then go about chasing down whatever man you like....
When a parent cheats on their spouse, they are betraying their children as well, and she had been cheating for a LONG time. That could cause a LOT of justified resentment - even hatred - in the children.
Those girls are being so deceived lol. He’s guilty as soon. Either they are extremely manipulated or just want to stay close to daddy for a piece of that pie! $$$$$$$
This is a tough one. Barry sure does have a lot of excuses. How, after all uncovered evidence, can the daughter say she’s never had a doubt her father was innocent. Nothing makes sense
The daughters have no choice. Their mother is gone. If they admit that their father did it, he is also gone from their lives. Denial is the only good option they have.
I think his daughters are in denial, that might change over time. He mailed in his wife's vote, his reason, other people cheat. SMH " character is who you are when nobody's watching" I know all I need to know about this guy.

I think it's the husband, because she wanted to leave him. They weren't some super happy couple.. What's done in the dark always comes to the light. It may take some time, but he's gonna be prosecuted. What hotel room smells like "chlorine" when the pool has been closed...
I appreciate you covering this story. I think you did a great job in general. I see a lot of stories covered distastefully, and disrespectful. I hope she receives justice, and her girls know the truth. I am very sorry for the loss of their mother.
His appeal on tv was off to me. Of all the possibilities he just assumes she's been held by someone and they want money. He never says don't hurt my wife or I hope you are unhurt. There's no mention of him being worried about her physical state. It's just we'll pay whatever money. If it was my wife I would have been more emotional and concerned for her well-being.
Successful people live above their means too. Which leads to the same financial problems that destroy like 90 percent of families these days. Not exactly a mystery
Lots of money and a nice house house doesn’t make life wonderful, and people only show what they want you to know. Nobody’s going to talk about how miserable they are openly when they have an image to uphold
Too much comfort and not enough struggle can breed entitlement and ingratitude in anyone. Too much time focused on one’s self nurtures delusions. It’s truly tragic how many fall into the trap of modern living and lose sight of what truly matters.

is it the same after she cheats too, like this one did, or are you gonna be a good boy and just ignore her taking a dump on all your love and sacrifices.
Great job in presenting this case. Just the fact that the prosecutors had that kind of information & intentionally kept it from the defense is scary. They should always want to seek the truth. I don’t know if he’s guilty or not. But that kind of unethical behavior makes me wonder about the investigation.
I guess the most suspicious activities from the husband is: the dumping of trash all around town. Also the listening of the podcast of forensic files where it describes the case of a woman killed in different location and the bike's location to mislead investigators. That is just too much coincidence to say the least. Now the daughters taking his side speaks loudly about his innocence though. I don't know if he is guilty or not, but God knows. I hope this case is finally cracked and the truth is revealed.
Yeah, I’ve seen countless videos where the kids/children stood by the guilty parent. In most cases it’s because they’re greedy and don’t want to let their cash cow go!

The only one that eventually changed her mind was Kathleen’s biological daughter and I believe her aunts played a huge role in that. I don’t believe he killed her but they stood behind him.
To me the husband did it and the daughters know about it. There is no way in HELL I'll side with my dad if my mom ever went missing and dad was creepy. I still can't understand after all the evidence found against him and all the information that he concealed from the investigation team is prove enough plus the journey length, going took way longer than coming back! Plus throwing garbage before going to work and the smell of the hotel room! Oh, did I mention the change of clothes ? He is guilty and the only innocent person is the boyfriend of one of the daughters. This is heartbreaking 💔
Barry is SO guilty of his wife's murder... Hope he gets drunk one night & brags about how he killed her... Then that person goes to the police with new info they need to put him in prison for the rest of his miserable life.
Dude, it doesn't take over two hours to get to Denver from Broomfield. That's at best, a 20 minute drive. Unless it's rush hour, then it might be 45 minutes
I've noticed a pattern. A spouse/partner who killed their counterpart always say that the last time we were together we were intimate and kissing and loving each other. Same thing here, barry said were made love last night she was seen. He killed her
It is so clear that he did it. I feel like the judge dismissing the case on technicalities gave the public, and his daughters, the idea that he was innocent. I read the entire PCA in this case and there is more here against Barry than there is in the Delphi PCA against Richard Allen. But I do actually worry about the daughters because of their decision to "stand by" their dad. If you read all the messages between Barry and Suzanne, he is clearly emotionally abusive, narcissistic and manipulative. I'm sure he behaves in the same way towards his daughters, and they probably feel like they can't go against him even if that means degrading their own mom's memory. Which is so sad because Suzanne seemed so sweet and loving and kind and I really think her daughters meant more to her than anything in the world. All she wanted to do was to leave Barry and start over, she should have gotten that chance, but Barry was too narcissistic and abusive to let that happen.
you're correct about this, except do not give the wife a free pass...she knew what her husband was but enjoyed the lifestyle...why would you think the daughters need a man like that in their lives? so staying married for the kids is BS.
@@dgerwuuu20943 Yeah right - she was so narcissistic, she was murdered, and now lays dead at a location known only to her killer husband. But I guess he's a great guy, huh? Behave yourself, woman-hater!
The one fact we should focus on is: Her phone activity and communication stopped at 2pm on May 8th, that means this is when she went missing. And Barry is with her at that time. The bike, the next day, all this does not matter. It's just shiny objects thrown around to make people even consider that she rode her bike and disappeared. If there was never a bike and helmet this case would be even more clear to everyone involved.
Im trying to figure out why the authorities were grabbing the bike, bare handed. And then noticing something weird, I would think I contaminated evidence by moving it, and touching it. Granted, I understand at that point it was just a missing person. I guess some insight on the thought process of a missing investigation might help with my curiosity. This is an interesting case.
idiots ignore the law and the EVIDENCE - it was proven he knew NOTHING until her secret phone recording on the pen ws discovered by the police hidden in her clothes.
Its not just the husband, the daughters' are very suspicious to me as well....and the way Barry touches his daughters is CREEEEPPPY😮! I truly pray they find her body and put her to rest!
For me it was weird to hear the husband speak to the camera as if it were some kind of insane heist saying “we dont care how much you want, we will give it to you” any true crime fan would know when someone is missing its very rarely a hostage situation. I could have missed something, but I do feel like there isn’t enough evidence to show he did this. It’s definitely possible she was attacked. I used to think people rarely get attacked by strangers untilI started watching the show “I survived” lol
No matter, how many shows you watch we’re still usually killed by someone we know. The whole serial killing trucker or Michael Myers rando psycho murderer is possible and does happen, but not as much a known person.
How did this woman go jetting around the country staying in hotels to meet up with another man and her husband not know about it? She couldn't wait until she was divorced? Sure he did do it. He's in landscaping so has access to all kinds of chemicals and tools. The daughters don't look too sorry either.
This “man” killed his wife because she was going to leave him and nobody “leaves Barry” and takes half! There was absolutely no way Bare was going to let Suzanne walk out on him and take half to another man. He killed her at home, then threw the bike off the cliff. They’ll never find her body.
Strange case, strange family. But what struck me as particularly strange was the FBI Tip Line video (11:53), in which Barry pleads with whomever took his wife to return her (no questions asked). He seems certain that Suzanne was kidnapped. Why?
Thank you very much for covering this case! Suzanne needs a voice and it’s important that there is more awareness shared about this case. By the way, in the police cam footage you can hear and see Barry putting a cell phone into the drawer when he is asked to get a bag….
A body language expert would notice at 44:05 he shakes his head NO when he says he loves his wife and wants her to be found. Which is a sign of deception. He doesn’t shake his head NO when he says he loves his girls because he’s telling the truth there. He does love his daughters. But then when he mentions his wife he shakes his head NO. He also shakes his head no at 12:00 when he says “we love you we miss you.”
Shaking your head "no" could also denote shock. Just like crossing your arms, one isolated movement doesn't mean anything. You should be looking for patterns, clusters of 3 at least.

I think he killed her, dismembered her and tossed her remains in the different dumpsters. Used the construction job as a perfect alibi for all the moving around and tossing stuff out. Prolly had the daughters on his side since she was having an affair, especially with 2 teens daughters, there’s no way all 3 of them didn’t notice her on the phone or communicating with Jeff for as much as they were. All in all very sad.
He drove to Denver the same day of her disappearance. The bicycle and helmet were planted, obviously near her house. He is seen in Denver entering into the hotel with shovels and other digging equipment (for work 😉). If he killed her and buried her body, it would not be near the bicycle, but rather somewhere far away (so she is not found and gives the impression of a kidnapping 😉). There are 135 miles between his home in Chaffe County and Denver. Plenty of land to hide a body. Am I missing something?

The totality of evidence as to Barry’s dishonesty weakens his claim to innocence. His wife’s body is probably entombed in concrete foundations somewhere, or otherwise she was dismembered and disposed in various dumpsters.
The performance of Barry and his daughters deserves an Emmy.

Right off the bat I'm wondering why the boyfriend is speaking for the family. That is so strange. This whole case is very strange and the coldness of the daughters is weird.
I agree, I think all of them are acting very strange. No one was acting like she was seriously missing 😒
I got that too, something doesn’t add up
At the start it seems like none of her family is home? He says the girls are on a trip and Barry is on a job in Denver, so seems like it was left to him to talk to the police. The narrator of the video says that it’s her daughter that shows the Instagram photo but it’s actually her neighbor since both her daughters are still out of town at that point. I definitely suspect this family for sure but the boyfriend seems like he’s just trying to help.
She was cheating on their dad and trying to tear their family apart so the daughters have sided with Dad.
He is so obviously guilty. He has no emotions towards his wife. Soon as he said, they made vigorous love. it was obvious he was lying. They were on the verge of separating she had someone else.

@@kandimarmon6238😂😂😂❤
Omg I said in the beginning why is it relevant that they "made love", why is the narrator including that? How weird. Now the husband mentioning "vigorous" (which is a really, really strange word to use) just makes it worse to me. Idk why, it just made me cringe. I absolutely think he's suspicious based on what information/video/etc is available.

Yep...spot on
Barry says "We love you, we miss you, we want you back so bad" -- AS HE SHAKES HIS HEAD "NO!" Family annihilator Chris Watts did the same in his Sermon on the Porch media interviews, in Frederick, Colo.
Yup that first thing I noticed
Maybe she should have gotten a divorce instead of cheating for years. I wouldn't want her coming home either.
This case always gets to me. This bloke not only got away with this crime, but his own daughters stood by him and seemingly haven't showed any real concern as to the whereabouts of their mum. Daddy's money must be spread all around
I believe the girls were angry at their mother for wanting to break up the family unit they seem like daddies girls and one parent is better than none

You're right. A dismissed case does not mean guilty or innocent.

It looks like to me like he probably planned things and waited until the girls were gone for a predictable amount of time.
There is no question that the affair had exactly everything to do with poor Suzanne's murder.
Especially considering the type of person Barry is.
Don't have affiars... simples...
At 44:08 he says I want my wife to be found - at 44:05 he nods his head up and down that he loves his daughters, right after left to right about loving his wife. There is a ton of circumstantial evidence but without a body and some real material evidence he probably would have been acquitted.
Authorities believe they know where Suzanne's remains are, and she's in a tough area to get to. Let's hope she's found.
tHAT DOESNT SEEM PLAUSABLE SINCE IF THE husband did it and placed her in this hard to get to place and got back to the house to "clean up the crime scene" in less than 12 hours it would be just as easy for the cops to get there.

I totally agree with everything u say!
His motive was simpler. She wanted a divorce and he didn't want to lose part of his wealth and home.
The daughters knew the mother was CHEATING ON THEIR FATHER and had run off. They were not allowed to share what they knew with the public. The brother moorman when he found out that the sister was a LYING ADULTERESS ditched the scene in a hurry after he had kept accusing Barry.

“Honey I love you I want you back so bad” Shaking his head “no” all while saying that. Body language speaks volumes of truth.
Shaking your head "no" could also denote shock. Just like crossing your arms, one isolated movement doesn't mean anything. You should be looking for patterns, clusters of 3 at least.
He killed her😢
EWU has you thinking youre Sherlock Holmes, you couldn't care less if he is innocent or not as long as it feeds your ego.
@@aq1184 and you have yourself thinking you are his defence lawyer. Everyone’s welcome to have their opinion until the facts are laid out in court. I stated what I saw, you come across like an over sensitive cucumber or his relative. Scary
@@karrie7102bingo.
Excellent presentation of a complex case.
the husband definitely killed her and then he emotionally blackmailed his daughters
I think it's suspicious that the daughters were both away, together, away from the house.
I. Think the daughters both were complicit in their mothers murder.
I think they knew their mom was s cheating spouse and had sided with their father.
Good thing you aren't a judge or a cop.
@@mremptytheeclip9420 well maybe if I was the woman murdered would have some justice instead of her daughters looking smug AF spending her life insurance policy money.
Crazy how fast love goes when if moms murder is unsolved they get the money.
@@mremptytheeclip9420 31 other people agree, it looks shady AF and boy all three of them looked so smug it was turning my stomach
@@mremptytheeclip9420 are you so naive to believe there weren't policies in the balance?
If it's a murder and not the spouse the life insurance policy is worth 2x as much.
But good thing you aren't a cop or judge cause you believe anything a pretty face and big titties say
The only reason you're defending them is because you're one of those men that assume pretty women are too stupid to be malicious.
I bet you are.
You think they're too pretty to be guilty.
But guess what? They wouldn't fuvk you so your sympathy is wasted
All in all very sad.
i agree but am wondering where he dismembered her... surely it would have been difficult to clean up properly...
You nailed it.
That's exactly what happened except for the part where he had groomed his daughters. Disgusting.
Absolutely outstanding presentation on your part with this tragic case
