Congratulations on receiving your 2020 Armor! The first thing you should do once you receive your product is to charge it. You can locate the charging port behind the top section, enclosed in a velcro pocket. A blinking red light indicates that your unit may need an extended period of charging. A static red light indicates that your unit is charging under normal operating conditions. It takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge and the charge lasts on average 6 hours of normal usage. The vests should be charged after use, say at the end of the day. If they are in storage - please charge them once every 2 weeks ensuring your vest is always ready to go!”
