Serving Looks at the Mugler Exhibit | Laverne Cox

I’m not really one to “flex,” as the kids say it, but can I humble brag for a bit? Did I really shut down the Mugler exhibit for a personal photoshoot? I sure did! My Muglerette heart is so full and I feel so blessed and privileged to live out this dream. Y’all know how deep my love for Mr. Mugler’s artistry runs. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve visited the exhibit and while I’m sad it’s now coming to a close, I am so appreciative of the Brooklyn Museum for curating this iconic exhibition.

Got to see it in Paris at the Musee des Artes Decoratifs and as a long, long term fan of his. Nothing can possibly prepare you to see some of his creations in real life, nothing. The craftsmanship, the cut, the embellishment is mind blowing. See it if you can!
