I tried to connect the LED strip lights on the app but it said to connect their hotspot but i couldn’t.
How do you program the remote
How did U pair the remote mine isn’t working I see little red light on the remote but nothings happening I was able to pair it to my phone but I don’t want to B relying on my phone 📱 if I got the remote too

Can you connect another 5 meters strip and will be 10 meters and use the same transformer?
⚠️⚠️⚠️To any people who thought the LED would work after cutting it off, it won't. I did it thinking it would still work because this guy didn't point it out. It's also pretty obvious, but now I have to return it and get a new one.
Are you talking about in the places it says you can cut?
Yes I cut my led light in the designated cut areas into several smaller pieces thinking it would all somehow connect 🤷♂️
I’m one of many who cannot figure out to get the remote to work. Pair instructions do not seem to work. Do you have any input on this? Several others have asked but no response yet for them.

mine it hard to put in the wall its not even sticky

There is an option! The strip has designated cut areas where you can cut without breaking the strip light
I cut my strip but now I have no way to connect them to a power source. I’m confused as to how to get them all to work when cutting them to a customizable length 🥴🤦🏽♀️.
When you cut at the copper/sliver area you have to either solder wires to each of those pads or buy a 5 pin led solderless connector. You need a new 5 pin led control box/outlet connector for that section if you don't wire it back to connect to the original run of LEDs that runs to the control box/outlet plug.

Haven't figured HOW to make 3 strips work together, and while 2 strips linked looks good, it does not finish the wrap-around the ceiling....is voltage an issue? I'm no engineer, and suck at math...badly.

My problem is bending it at a 90º angle. It doesn't bend so easily. I know not to bend where the LEDs are, but is there a secret to this?
yes. start bending in opposite direction and tuck underneath to the right direction. careful not to press in the wrong spot, and not too hard. could send pic...

Remote does not pair with lights

One end of the strip is the power connecting end. The leftover part of the cut strip cannot be reused. Only the strip with the power connector will can be used! Hope that helped!
@@costcozaddy Not true actually. After doing some research immediately after making that post, I discovered that I can buy connectors that go right into the end that’s cut.

The box says that you can connect to sets together. Wondering if anyone has tried to connect three and how that works?
