- Some Central Florida drivers are encountering purple lights as they drive after dark. A violet hue is taking over on some areas of Interstate 4. One stretch is near Daytona Beach. Drivers have no idea why.

They are everywhere..someone said they had some purple street lights in their neighborhood in Australia.
When the LEDs are made they are coated with a phosphorous coating ( that's why they look yellow, when you buy them in the shops) This coating is to stop UV light from being emitted, as it is particularly bad for your eyes & skin. This yellow coating wears away with age of use. Do not look directly at these lights when they appear purple, & don't expose bare skin to them either.

You can. The LEDs are ultraviolet emitters that shine into a lens assembly that is phosphor coated. The phosphors are responsible for taking ultraviolet energy and converting it to white light. The fault is that the adhesive holding the lens assembly together has failed.

UPDATE:. 3 YEARS LATER since first news reports and even more are showing up and they have not been replaced.

Also notice the mercury vapor colored lights (greener on camera and also UV based [microwaves are at a higher spectrum than UV]). Note water tower lights that are out [snipers are invisible], roundabouts, really really yellow or yellowish green LED lights, and construction locations RECENTLY.
Most beacons are in parking lots or on buildings now. Some lights are greener on camera than others in parking lots. Start plotting these on a map. I have seen 30+ cities, BTW.

When people cannot drive past them nor past mercury vapor rich lights, I think that it will also be in chemical gas or something else while they try to evade drones until they give up.

Also, we see a very very yellow light at Williams and Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and also a purple light east of the intersection and a pair of the purple lights just west of the intersection. There is no coincidence here!!!! None of this can be a coincidence taken with the other positions of lights. It is obvious that such lights were investigated when they had more of them up, and as they have taken them down they have left the important ones where they want them. Now look for mercury vapor lights and metal halide lights that are mercury vapor rich or orange lights that keep turning back on greenish (mercury vapor phase). Such are much greener on camera than visually and also such emit UV light also. The purple streetlights are blue on camera, so both kinds of lights are emitting a spectrum of red that is ignored by cameras. Pay a lot of attention to WHERE they are and where water tower lights that are off or broken are (no visibility of people on top from the ground) and where the construction work is. Not true. White LEDs DO NOT emit much UV light. They're just powerful deep monochromatic blue LEDs which then get converted and expanded into the full spectrum of white light by the phosphor. It may help to reduce low level UV light but that's NOT the primary purpose of the phosphor. It's to get the white light suitable for area lighting

The problem is that they are still deliberately placing these such that evacuation points are visible from the air and for drones to stop people from leaving in VEHICLES (faster and have a bubble of air to breath). See "UrbanClaustrophobia" (has to be one word and exact for google images). Do what I have done and start using mailboxes too or something if you see it. When you see that mercury vapor-rich lights (UV based too) and such purple lights and also the very very yellow and greenish LED lights are put there and the water tower lights are out so that we cannot see a sniper on top and the construction is programatically setup, maybe you would only want to do this to warn people!

I just made a trip to Daytona beach dodge dealer from Tampa. It was wild when i got to that one long stretch right before Daytona beach. That’s how i ended up here. I was researching where to buy them,lol. They should keep them that way-it made driving at night a lot easier-it takes the glare off of headlights and definitely made a huge difference in my night vision and my wife’s. As soon as we were out of the purple zone and in bright lights again it caused eye strain. I think they should keep them on long stretches of highway-seriously it helps more than you would think after driving for hours on the road. I’m kind of disappointed because i was researching where to buy them for the outside of my home,lol, this is the one time i liked a product Made in China.
I live right off the highway where you’re talking about they’re now also all along hwy 95 by Daytona as well, more keep going up, I don’t think it’s a mistake like they say. It does seem like it lights up the road to where you can see more without it actually being bright I also thought it was intended for that but I guess not. They’re actually horrible for your eyes. Led lights are bad on eyes and any blue led is even worse, ironic cuz it does seems like it gives them relief!
Drone bate for a chemical gas attack or something. Look at where they are now in 10/22 and where construction and water towers are without lights on top. Notice where the mercury vapor-rich metal halide lights are and the orange ones that keep turning on mecury vapor-like again are. I have spent almost 9 months researching lights and where they are and have identified mercury vapor lights as the most common signal, really really yellow and slightly even greenish sometimes LED lights, and the purple streetlights as the most common ones used. This isn't over and may be eventually though.
Don’t forget there’s an option to use orange LEDs for the streets to keep your eyes from straining or keeping you up at light. The government goes out of their way to find the most blinding eye-glaring white-ass lights they could find and put it up in the residential neighborhoods so it shines RIGHT in the windows. My grandma lives in an apartment in a small town where old fashioned sodium lights line up the streets, and she has one RIGHT in front of her window. A few years ago the town completely freaked out and replaced them with daylight LED bulbs, so now the room shines as bright as it would if it was daytime. so now anytime my grandma would try to sleep that blinding light will come on so now she’ll end up having to sleep out in the living room.

Think about how people could get to safety outside of cities eventually and where the best places would be to stop them for sure and you will find some of them or some mercury vapor lights (greener on camera lights somewhere nearby). Think antitraffic drones or kaboom and no road. They put purple mostly in parking lots now though that are still near important junctions or intersections and so I don't think that it is luminol.
