Darlene, you are awesome!!! I'm a 55-year-old composer, pianist, flutist, and professional singer who has finally (after a lifetime of curiosity) decided to take up the harp. Your lessons are exactly what I've been looking for, and even the basic music-reading exercises are great because we all need to develop that instantaneous correlation between a written note and the physical action(s) that one must take to perform it. Hi Darlene, I'm new to the harping family...I was doing pretty good until you switched over to your larger harp...now I'm completely confused and I don't get playing the numbers...can I ask why you switched from calling out the notes to counting numbers? Maybe I can understand better...a new student from 🇨🇦 I'm a senior and i just retired last year...I've always wanted to learn to play...you're the best online teacher...but i wish you can go slower lol 😆 😅😂
