I LOOOOOOVE working at Sephora. I just found out we won the skin care contest more free things!! And an amazing gratis bag! I was given the job, and I'm sooooo thankful for that! My manager is soooo sweet and great at picking cast members. Sephora is truly a great place to work at, I also got offered to work at MAC, but turned it down and stayed with Sephora because of the environment and the amazing cast/leads we have.
The world of color is makeup, ops is short for operations which is basically "behind the scenes" (unloading shipments and stocking shelves, animations of the store, etc) and cashwrap is cashiers. And then of course skin care and fragrance are well, skin care and fragrance :)
I have an interview tomorrow at sephora. I was so nervous but I found your video and it eased me down! Thanks lol

I watched this and as soon as I was done I applied at Sephora online. They called me a day or two later and I have a group interview tomorrow. I'm so nervous but so excited and hope I get the job!
I'm 16 as well and just got my first job at McDonalds a little over a month ago. It's not as bad as you'd think, as long as you don't cop an attitude about it. Just remember that it's a starting point and you don't have to stay there forever :)

I have an interview tomorrow ! :D It's a group interview and I am pretty confident. I have worked at ulta and I am 100% into beauty & know all of the brands etc. Including skin care.

Is it necessary to complete all the "tasks" on the application process?....I am unable to fill one or two out, but submitted my resume and am wondering if I might still get called?

i got lucky. i work at sephora too. i applied online on a sunday got a call the next day at 11am and she asked me questions then wanted to set me up for a group interview that same day but i explained to her i was going to work if she had any other days and she told me she was available the next day. when i got there i thought it was gonna be a group interview but got lucky it was one-on-one so it was very easy. :) i work in operations

I love working at sephora :) I've been at my store for a month I can't live without it. Since you got hired at cash wrap how did you end up in color? (I'm at cash wrap now but want to be in color, I work half cash wrap half color matches lol)

Probably over 16 or 18. You could call them or check online by trying to apply.
Sephora is 18 but if you wanna just work regularly at jcpenny's its 16
Oooh I'd love to work at Sephora but there's no Sephoras in Finland...
I'm 16 & in the process of trying to find my 1st job & So far I've put in 5 applications I believe . I haven't heard anything back , Which sort of sucks . But I'm trying to stay hopeful . & Trying to put in more applications . I've put in applications to places like American Eagle & Target . I really don't want to work in fast food . & Most people get their first job in fast food . I don't know , But I'd like it if you could do a video on getting your very 1st job ! (:
