Bro you already spent money why not go 4070 laptop version. In my country just add 300 usd already on 4070 laptop. The 400 usd plus have 32gb ram 1tb ssd. Most likely prices are gonna be near That range .

1. Maybe 4050 fulfills all his needs so no need to buy more expensive laptops unnecessarily
2. This is India and our currency isn't same as USD. In India gaming laptops and especially iPhone are far more expensive. We Indians don't get 10k dollar or 100k dollar as salary. We get only 10k rupees
3. A lot of foreigner people think if someone can spend 2000 USD then he can easily spend xyz amount more too but it's not true at all. Try thinking logically. Money in your bank account is decreasing when you buy that laptop, not increasing. How can he spend more? If someone's spending more that doesn't mean he can even stretch a lot more. No, that's just a flawed thought.
