Why does she have the male running animation

Likely because of the two survivors in one ordeal (this is the female elf bard, the other is a human male), possibly just a bug - however this could also be intentional

The survivor has this customizable feature similar to Legion where you can change the character itself within the same survivor. One's male and the other is female, so this could be bug where they both have the same running animation. Or its how its intended to be, either one.

Edit: DON’T GET ME WRONG FOR WHAT THE SOUNDTRACK IS I LIKE IT BUT I WISH IT WAS RELEASED SEPARATELY AND WE GOT SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY FITS HIM.
I wanted it to be much creepier, cause you know- the ties to the Vecna from Stranger Things, Dungeon and Dragons’ Vecna’s physical appearance, his attacks and Moris with the purple skeletons. Like bro they’re literally skeletons. But no, instead we got some goofy magical theme. Yes, of course, this Vecna uses magic, but it’s like, you know? Creepy magic, not whatever this is. Like am I the only one who really loved both the Ghostface and Chucky chase music and wanted Vecna’s theme to sound kinda like it.
