Note: In the video, I mentioned canning the zucchini soup. A little research and I’ve found summer squashes, including zucchini are no longer recommended for home canning. It can, however, still be pickled.

This is an recipe new to me! I never thought of putting zucchini in a soup. You taught me something new. I hope we can continue to learn from each other. I am on a soup kick and I have an abundance of zucchini so I’m gonna try this. All of my support from my cooking channel to yours!

Thank you 😊. I tend to grow way too much Zucchini so I'm always trying to find a way to keep it from going to waste. We eat a lot of zoodles as well.
