I'm not an expert, but you should keep your elbows in when your boxing/training, otherwise you leave your body more exposed and your opponents can see your punch coming cause your elbow will be flared out. Otherwise great job!

Good try but you are straining yourself more than being productive to your body. Remember totally different weights between you two. Lazy left hand, or maybw its a pattern youve developed. You need to keep your left hand up after throwing shots. Youre resting it low probably due to bad habit from fatigue.

id suggest the bench dumbell exercise one correcting it. u do it sideways, the way ur doing it activates the chest more like a bench press exercise.

You are correct. They start flaring out once I'm fatigued, which happens quite fast. 😆 I'll keep working on it. 👊
