I have one with MagPul iron flip-ups (front and rear) with a SIG Romeo 5 red dot and it is spot on up to 50 yards. I added a MagPul finger stop on the front due to the short length of the barrel. Front MagPul sling attachment. (Some machining was necessary) Bought a larger/thicker MagPul backing plate so I could have the option of 3 places for a sling. I also took off the shockwave brace because it sucked. Very uncomfortable and the fixed adjustment was a pain in the ass. Bought a $150 SBR and couldn't be happier.So far well over 1000 rounds and it kicks ass.
the best add on for these is the Hard Charger side charger....I put one on my 4 inch barrel version and it makes a big difference in using the pistol...or any AR....
Why not just include the damn dust cover? Even if it’s plastic it might cost $3.00-$5.00 per gun which you could pass on to the customer And we would gladly pay 💰
FX9 is hot garbage, a quick look at it will tell you that it is not mil-spec. The only AR components that will fit are your trigger, safety & grip. Get a Foxtrot Mike's 9mm from Primary Arms for the same price and have something enjoyable. My local shop has one of those FX9s. From 10 feet away you can tell there's something off.
Yes, it's essentially an AR15 lower with a smaller magwell. My Foxtrot Mike's build kit came with an ambi safety that I didn't care for, so I swapped it with a standard safety from my AR. Both sides of the safety were the same length & it got in the way of my trigger finger in the fire position.

The angle of the camera makes it certainly seem that way, but I had a good couple inches of clearance. I would be lying if I didn't say it was always on my mind when I was shooting it though LOL.

On this exact same upper ? I wanted a hard charger, but then read it doesn't work on billet uppers.
Nice pistol. I ordered the gen3 4" upper.. mine does not have the dust cover. Why does yours have it?
The newer gen PSA-9s have the slick-side uppers. They dropped the forward assist & dust covers.
