    galti mat maaannna aapka chest bahut chota hai....just focus on chest more and do complete workouts by training every part of body ....just do this and you bwill get your results...do more bench press and decline 6-8 sets 10 reps (don't do more) 50kgs tak jaao bass...incline to 25-30kgs 15reps thoda 3sets kaafihe.. after that try to do pushups 50 tak...bas aapka chest confirm aesthetic body jaisa banjaayega...

    Bhai I heard something about fat level, that I should maintain it well above the level where my abs are visible so that I won't be having any health issues and also that I should have them for a month or two and then eventually have higher body fat so that it won't be harmful for the body itself.
