Biggest buzzkill is the non-adjustable setback. I need both 3mm and 5mm offsets. Looked good, up to that point.

This is only available for 35mm i don't know if can setup for 3-5mm, i try using others drill bit not match😁, but i really like the result very precise

This is aluminum, i dont have aluminum weld. But that good suggestion. Maybe i will try use long drill bit coz my drill to big stuck on center forshner bit

@@plywoodworking You are right. How do you think increase the hole and to use a aluminum cylinder and a good hammer? the cylinder little bit larger than the existing hole, than rework the hole. Yes, a little bit complicated

The spaceing of two small holes is not correct for euro hinge (blum).
Should be 45mm
