5 Remakes that are actually... Good

These days it seems Hollywood will remake anything, but more often than not they are at best pointless and at worst will create a divisive Twitter war that could end civilization as we know it.
But every once in a while, they make something surprisingly decent. Here are five times they got it right.

'The Island'(Michael Bay) is also a great unlicenced beat for beat remake of 'Parts: The Clonus Horror' only now with Car Chases, Explosions and Product Placement.

I've only seen the MST3K version of Clonus, which made it much more tolerable, if anything needed the Bay treatment, it's that. And of course Thing and Shop, classics both.
