I think Gerard Way is probably one of the best vocalists ever, his voice is powerful, raw, yet with a lot of vibrato, he can hold a not for a long time and can reach high notes and low notes really well, Gerard is underrated, and so is My Chemical Romance.

I was too young to go to concerts, besides the fact that I didn't know about them then. I'm older now, and experiencing the concerts I can never go to through these videos. It isn't the real thing, but it's the closest I'll get, and its exhilarating .

It hurts me so much that I never got to know them back when they were still a band. God, I was 5 years old during this concert. I did listen to music, but it wasn't this type.
Now, I discover them, one/two month(s) ago, FOUR YEARS late. And you know what's fucked up?
This band has touched my heart more than anything in my life.
So yeah. I can't carry on. But at least I can enjoy the fact that this band...idea...whatever, actually EXISTED before, and I was alive during that time. I'm honored to be born and know about this amazing band.
They might not have a reunion, but hey. At least they once were a band, and this idea of theirs is the one that will carry on. They're all enjoying their lives, we're enjoying the music that they have made, and that's the best thing anyone could ever ask for.
I can relate to this on a personal level, it's not even funny. I understand your pain, Killjoy. But what's so great about this band is that it influenced so many other bands and when we go searching for some new music, we'll find them. And we'll be glad that we did. Hell, others might even START a band because of them, so don't be sad that they're gone. Be happy because of what they gave us and how many hearts that they've touched.

This band has gotten me through a lot and I’m so sad that Gerard is 41 now. It’s so unlikely they’ll get back together. I found them a couple months ago and I love them so much. Being a killjoy in 2018 is hard but we have to stick together and we have to try to carry on without them

17 years ago , I took my daughter to this tour, as MCR was her favorite. She was 12 at the time. I must admit, this was one the best shows I’ve ever seen. Those guys are really excellent musicians. I was a big fan after that night..🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

This has to be one of my favorite performances of WTTBP. The vocals and instrumentals are as flawless as any performances I’ve seen so far, and the crowd is super powerful, and that confetti, and uhhhh it’s amazing.

Ok there's a lot of arguing over whether or not G can sing live. Go watch him perform Brother from his solo album, or I don't love you. I personally think he sounds INCREDIBLE here. But the off bits, try to sing this song. I don't care how your voice sounds just try to sing every word of this song, really loud, at the same pace, without having to stop cause you can't breathe. Then if you complete that, go do it jumping, running around, head banging, screaming, and putting all the emotion you have into it. Adding in the pressure that you can't mess up cause it's gonna be being sold and looked back on as how your live performances are, basically forever.

Eh, somedays he's alright but honestly I've seen them twice and it's nothing special, and for what I paid, I felt ripped off. It's unfair for fans of any music or genre to like a band and then when you see them perform, and they're not even close to it. Plain and simple if it's so hard to do that, THEN DONT DO IT.

I've tried to sing this song and I sound HORRIBLE. Not only is he singing it really well, but moving around the stage, singing loudly, and sang songs before this as well. Everything around him is loud and I doubt that the Black Parade costume is very breathable in. He is obviously breathless from the amount of energy needed to perform. If you are breathless and you try to sing, I don't care who you are, but you will sound disgusting. Gerard did very well.
Plus when the pitch changes Gerard has to STRUGGLE to sing those notes cuz his voice can't go that high when he did all that stuff on stage.
