How do you start and finsh the fender, is there a video or plan I can see? They look great and would be perfect for a certain tug here.
Do you guys still weave beards for the bows of the tugs?

you ain't pushing no barges in no locks anywhere without the lockmaster telling you a bumper is required....everyone still uses rope fenders
